I placed a order from this place 3/22 through the UberEats app. No where on the app or the store does it state that you cannot place orders greater than 150 dollars, yet a driver from UberEats had to drive out there to inform me that they had not prepared my order. The restaurant sucks, service is terrible and I am reporting UberEats and this place to the BBB

My first time at this Wendy's was a good experience. Leticia gave me excellent customer service. She is very kind and patient when taking my order since I don't use the Wendy's app and she took the time to help me look for my offers.

The employees at the drive thru yesterday were laughing while and during the time I paid for the order. Very unprofessional and they got our order wrong. I will never be visiting this Wendy's again.

I would like to know what’s so funny because the employees laugh at you. This restaurant is beyond rude and super unprofessional. I would like to know if the store general manager is okay with their employees laughing at the customers when they’re ordering their food. My husband is not a fluent English speaker. But he tried his best and ordered the #6 and the girl taking orders proceeded to laugh at him. She and the rest should get fired. We will never be coming here ever again. I live 2 minutes away from this location but I’ll rather drive farther and go to the different where they have better service and the employees don’t laugh at you. Also they never get our food order right. I play extra for cheese yet I never get the cheese in my burger.

Some of the worst service I’ve ever received. Normally I don’t expect much from a crew of teenagers but the manager themselves did not make the situation better, he did quite the opposite. Upon arrival the staff looked at my family with a face of annoyance. One of the kids wasn’t feeling well and threw up near the counter and of course we tried to clean it up but we had to wait until a member of the staff reappeared to let them know that we needed something else to do it properly, cue the looks of annoyance once again. It took them over 15 minutes to even take our order after we cleaned up the accident. The overall attitude of the associates at this location gave the impression that each and every one of them absolutely hate doing the job that they do. Not to mention that none of them had on proper protettive gear. I noticed that only employee had gloves on but from the fryer they moved to put in a order for another patron and then proceeded to take an order out to someone waiting outside and then go back to the fryer without a glove change! I understand the hectic work environment and I did not have high standards going in but that is absolutely unacceptable. Each one of the staff members need to be retrained on customer service skills and proper hygiene procedures

I normally enjoy the fast food at Wendy's more than the other burger places. Today service at this Wendy's was awful, seems like the lady behind the counter had no grasp of English at all. This is normally not a problem, as I know enough of Spanish to make myself useful... but this person was clueless and messed up our simple order. Drink order for my kids was incorrect as well as my meal.Be wary.

The service is horrible, I asked for water to go with my meal, the guy said if I add it, it would be around $18 for that meal, it was a #1 regular size. I will nvr go there again.
