The person who brought my food tried to literally collect my fries in a handful to deposit straight on the table. I convinced them that I could be trusted with the tray the food came on, but only a few minutes later an older male employee invited himself to sit in my booth and talk at me while I tried to read while having my lunch. I adore Culvers, but I made a note on my maps to remember to stay away from this one

My experience at this Culver's was phenomenal the food was out of this world. The service was probably the best out of all the fast food restaurants I've ever been to, my credit card was acting up and kept declining but a girl named Amaya in the kitchen overheard the situation and gave our cashier her credit card and offered to pay we decided but she did it anyway, soo kind. That's not all while we were enjoying our food our cashier comes up to us and tells us not to leave yet because the kitchen wanted to give us something else, so we waited and then another girl in the kitchen named Crystal had hooked us up with a basket of chicken nuggets, but we had not asked for anymore food but she did it anyway God bless the kitchen.

Worst Culver's I've ever been to. Went through drive thru and they ignored what I asked them to put on my burger. The fries were incredibly dry and the meat was super dry. Truly disgusting flavor, like something was spoiled. I didn't get past the first bite before tossing it.Edit: management reached out and was very kind about wanting to make it up to me. I appreciated the response and believe that it was probably just an off night.

This time I didn't feel bad because after I paid for my food I took the number to the table and went to get my drink and when I arrived they took the table number and I asked the person who placed the order and she asked me If I had already eaten it and I told him they didn't take the table number, I was angry. It had never happened to me. That had always happened to me. I would always eat with my husband or if we didn't order it because of the truth, I think it was the one who took my order. It's racist it was on 11/18/2023 at 2:32 pm it was a terrible day registrar #1
