This is crazy. I go to Jimmy John's all the time and I always get the peppers on the side because I have sensory issues. But this location would not even allow me to pay for the FREE peppers to be put on the side because they refused because of management rules. That's insane. I will never come here again. It's freaking peppers. Yall crazy

Very weird experience today. I didn't add a tip to my delivery, since I was going to tip with cash, but I got a call from someone at the store letting me know that I didn't tip and If i wanted to add one. Seemed a little rude about it as well. I don't know if this is a standard practice now but it seems really strange. What is the $6 delivery fee going to then if they feel the need to start calling customers?Horrible management if this is what they're doing now. I will start taking my business somewhere else now.

Should change your slogan if you're going to take longer than most pizza places take make a full order.I will he disputing this charge, what a joke of a location.

Always good food, but you have to bag your items yourself and ask for napkins if you want them.
Asked for five sandwiches, explained the order five times over, and the lady making the sandwiches still completely messed up three of them. Two of the sandwiches were literally slim ones the only thing that goes on there is ham and cheese and she forgot the cheese. She only got the other two sandwiches correct because I caught her in the act of messing them up while I was paying

One star when the Indian guy is there, 4 stars if not. If this guy is the owner then everyone needs to stop going until he sells it or closes it. If he is the manager then he needs to be fired. Pickup when he is there takes forever. He can't multi task and you have to wait for everyone in front of you to order until you can even get his attention. I travel for a living and this is the only location I've been to that doesn't have a storage shelf for pickup. if that is supposed to be standard then the franchisor needs to enforce it.He is rude as well. He butchered my name and when I corrected him he waved his hand at me like he could care less. I feel sorry for the workers. They are friendly and fast when he is gone but look miserable and times are noticeably slower when he is there.

I really don’t understand, if you were wrong about something, why fight the customer on it? I was just waiting in line while the owner? Was arguing with a customer in front of me. This was a few days ago. If you’re going to be rude to your customers then you shouldn’t be running anything. Very disappointing, not coming here again.
