It was delicious as always, but they didn't put very much meat on my pulled pork sandwich. It's usually overflowing, but it wasn't even enough meat this time. Hopefully, that was a fluke. I'll definitely go back.

I heard about russells and wanted to try. The set up is more like a country style. Lots of food choices. I tried their bbq ribs, hamburgers, shrimps on the side and onion rings. It was great. Lots of seats available. We came here on a sunday night and the place doesnt have too many people. Would come back to try another dish in their menu.

It feels like walking into the 20th century when you walk in. Everything feels vintage and preserved in the best way possible. The wood booth seating is super unique and the porch seating is great too. It hits different eating here vs ordering to go. The ribs are amazing, consistently falling off the bone. I inhaled mine, they were so good.

It's gone downhill lately. Mac and cheese was watery. Coleslaw wasn't even real coleslaw. Burger was flavorless.

Maybe what i got wasn’t good but i dont know, explore if you’d like but the barbecue pulled chicken sandwich was disgusting. No seasoning on the chicken it looked sad, dry, and stale. They only depend on the barbecue sauce which isnt good at all. It honestly felt like a school barbecue chicken sandwich in middle school, fries were cold and i ate it 3 mins later after i got the food since im across the street, barley any seasoning on the fries. Potato salad was alright and their mac n cheese was probably the best part, even then, also felt like a school mac, but oh well, im not picky about my mac, i would never eat here again, this is just my experience from what i got though. (Btw im a extremely not pick person and its really hard for me to dislike foods, especially something so simple like a barbecue sandwich with fries..lol so it tells you a lot about this place and one more thing, ive never once in my years of life left a review at a restaurant until today so that also tells you a lot, i had to leave a review, enjoy folks.

Cool spot! Has an old school, little country town, side of the road diner vibe. Plenty of parking, indoor, outdoor seating, a bar, drive-through, and friendly staff! The prices were very reasonable. Great food selection. It's definitely good for a big group and perfect for small groups. I will definitely be back to try more food options. Stop by if you are in the area. Ribs were delicious!
