If you go to this location be prepared for bad service. They didn't let me use the bathroom because it was busy but I was there for 20 minutes and I never saw anyone leave, they didn't accept a coupon because they didn't accept them there but I didn't see any advertisement that said that and the coupon had no restrictions. If you don't like that job, it's better to work on something else because you have a bad character and you give us a hard time.

Honestly, there is a lady who works there, and i work at the store next to the subway. Came in cause i realized i didn't have utensils for my lunch, asked for a plastic fork or spoon, and the lady really told me "15 cents for the utensils" like are you seriously charging me for utensils when i have gotten utensils and sauces for free before w no problem smh clowns.

It’s bad customer service with not letting customers to use the the restroom or wash their hands. Also the hours on the location are false saying it closes at 9 but I went and it was closed before 8pm and wasting mine (customers time).

Awful spent $14 to use the restroom only forthem to tell me itis onlyfor employees like what it is a customerrestroom and he then lied and said it is broken. Then he kept checking my order because i grabbed a drink i paid forand brought it to the register. Rude and no wonder they were empty.

Two workers on a shift, no guest traffic at all but none of the tables, it seems, has seen a sponge with soap in ages; no coke in beverage dispenser. People, have some class and work ethic. Tragic. I hope the franchise owner can show some interest to the place because I like the location and the food.

Why are they never opened when they’re supposed to be? Parking lot is ok and I got to shop at Advanced while there, no foot long but I got new wipers and a air freshener, have a couple stars.

I was here about a week ago. As soon as I walked in I noticed the front door was propped open to let some air in as there was no air conditioning. The place must of been 90 degrees. While I was deciding what to order I noticed none of the food was covered and flies were flying all over the sandwhich ingredients. The employee saw the flies landing and did not seemed worried about it. In utter disgust I left. Steer clear of this location unless you love flies in your food!

Avoid this location at all costs. They are not offering bathrooms to paying customers. Therefore customers can't even wash their hands before they eat a meal. They legit tossed out a hard loaf just before I placed an order and then began to swat a fly with the other bread that was grabbed to begin slicing and cutting it for me. This place is disgusting I left without a second thought. Avoid this place for your safety.

I placed an order online and the order never got delivered. When I called this location they said sorry someone picked it up you have to call subway. Its been 3 hours since I placed my order and they told me it was picked up 2 hours ago. When I asked for a sandwich to be made so I can come pick it up they said I would have to place a new order and pay again. I WOULD NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE UNLESS ITS IN PERSON
