This Dunkin seriously needs to hire more help they are always jumping around from the front counter to the drive thru and never have what’s on the menu VERY POOR SERVICE !!!! they never get the order right either!!!!

To the management:Maybe you should consider hiring someone that cares enough about their job.Someone who's mature enough, attentive, curious, and disciplined.Don't forget to totally ban the use of cellphones.2 younger gals working.I stood there for about a minute, clearly visible to the employee. But she's too busy on the phone to take my order. Finally ordered coffee.She goes back on the phone, while the other girl is just sitting by drive through window on her phone. 2 minutes go by where both are on the phone and no one's doing anything about my order.Finally gal that took my order tells the other one why she didn't get my coffee done.Other one says something back to her while not moving an inch.Another 30 sec goes by before someone gets off the phone to finally make my coffee.Honestly like, find someone that cares. It's enough that there isn't any other coffee available at this truck stop, that's not outrageously expensive.

15 min to get an ice coffee on the way to work

The 2 females at the counter were so incompetent its unbelievable. They had difficulty with every piece of my order, from the # of munchins I wanted, to how I wanted my coffee, to the sandwiches which were part of an offer (coupon). She (they) acted like they had never seen the rewards app and what's offered and how to apply it. They had to cancel and re-enter my order 3+ times, all the while acting as if I was being unreasonable and as if I was holding up the line. Well, excuse me, if I am a paying customer, don't you think it's your job to get my order even half way correct?!

I ordered via mobile for walk-in and everyone that was inside to place order received order's before me. And had to get order corrected 3x's before getting correct order.

Indian lady that was at the register, I'm guessing she is part of the ownership was extremely terrible. All I asked for was for half a dozen doughnuts . She was rude dismissive and rolling her eyes at not just me but pretty much every person that was buying from the store. Never again. This really needs to be addressed by dunkin corporation by training and instructing these Indian franchise owners to treat their customers with respect.

It's not a sanitary place to get anything, plus the service is trash. I will stay away. Please wash your coffee makers and check the bread for mold.

This location has a low rating and it's for a reason. The customer service sucks. It's absolutely horrible. I stood there for about 5 mins waiting for my order to be taken and no one ever came out until I started calling for them. The next morning they were supposed to be open at 5:00 right now is 5: 30 and they are still not open.

Better watch it here. They tend to charge you an espresso shot even if you didn't ask for it. Always ask for receipt
