Honestly…really really dissatisfied and disappointed. The burgers are VERY over priced at $17. They make it with unique ingredients making you think it’ll be tasty but it’s surprisingly bland. And fries aren’t included….imagine a $17 burger and it doesn’t come with fries. Not only that. It took the food FOREVER to come out….and the place was more than half empty.I never post reviews unless I truly had a terrible experience.
I have not tried the food here yet, but I'll stop in occasionally for a quick happy hour drink. I wish they had a few more cocktails to choose from, but otherwise the beers are cold and service is good.

I have been to Bat 17 numerous times over the years, and I always really enjoy it. They have solid vegetarian options, and the rest of their food is equally good. Their outside seating section is a big hit in the warm weather, but the indoors is just as nice. The servers in my experience have always been kind and helpful which is much appreciated! I feel like it is hard to find a good sandwhich or burger nowadays, but Bat 17 does the basics very well.

We were a group of 12 and called ahead to confirm they could handle us. They said yes. We told them we’d be there around 7pm. When we arrived at 7:02, after trudging through -5° air temperatures and -25° wind chills, we were told they had just closed the kitchen. What an absolute joke.

Bat 17 closed without notice when we called to confront the were open. They closed because they said they weren’t getting enough business. We had 15 people in our party, and we saw other people being turned away, too. Wouldn’t come back here as this restaurant clearly can’t be trusted and doesn’t want the business.
BEFORE GOING HERE READ THIS FIRST: This place USED to be good, now it's repulsive. Website is outdated from 2021 and their achievements went down the drain. First of the servers had no idead what ingredients are in the food. They brought out appetizers with our food. Our food did not come out at the same time. I asked for MEDIUM RARE burger and got OVERCOOKED. The pretzel bites used to be good now they are super hard and chewy and only good when they are warm. Not only that but PRICES almost doubled since 21 and quality dropped by half. Went to TOMO Japanese restaurant down the corner for a better experience and food.

I worked there and the owner is very bad to pay only half 300 dollars for 36 hours, and she has people from Venezuela working there and she exploits them a lot and pays them very cheap and the kitchen is infested with cockroaches when I grabbed the containers many cockroaches came out. I worked there for a month and I always ran out of money. It would be nice if they sent the city to clean it properly. I hope the workers report her because she steals from their check.
