Went to Big Wig for the first time a week ago in the late evening. The staff were very pleasant and helpful with ordering. Offered me a free drink since this was my first visit. Tacos and black beans were excellent. One item on my order was incorrect - I wanted guacamole but got corn instead. While the corn was good, missed the guacamole, hence 4-stars instead of 5.Looking forward to future visits and glad Big Wig has an Evanston location.

Landed super late in ORD after a delayed flight, checked into our hotel and found this place on Uber eats. One might say we are crazy for not sticking to McDonald's or Wendy’s at 1am and I’m so glad we didn’t.This place blew me away, the salsas are out of this world good, very nice flavor. Queso was thoughtfully packaged with foil around it to keep it warm. The burrito was fresh and delicious I wish I wasn’t so sleepy and finished the entire thing. The tacos also so phenomenal and worth a try.Thankful for a warm meal and delicious food, 10/10

Walked in went straight to kiosk to order. As I was about to start ordering one of the workers I didn’t catch his name said that he can take my order instead. Was really kind and patient! Even threw in a few extra things which were all good! Loved the corn & the beans & rice. Loved the horchata as well.

The staff was so courteous! My veggie black bean burrito was delicious and the horchata was also very refreshing! The owner was very friendly and provided excellent service! I would definitely recommend this restaurant! It is right next to the movies and Sky Zone- convenient location to grab lunch, dinner, or churros!Vegetarian options: Loved the burrito veggies and guacamole was fresh and delicious!

The tacos at Big Wig Tacos are absolutely delicious! They're flavorful, fresh, and the perfect portion size. I've tried tacos from various places, but Big Wig's tacos are hands down the best! The variety of fillings and toppings is impressive, and the tortillas are always soft and warm. The pico de gallo was amazing also! 10/10

The staff has good customer service, the restaurant is very clean, and the food is tasty.Dietary restrictions: If your diabetic you can choose meals that meet your needs.Kid-friendliness: This is a place where you can go and relax with your kid and have a wonderful meal. I love it.

My go to! I used them to cater a birthday party a few months ago, and after an excellent service experience i’ve been ordering from Big Wig’s ever since! The steak bowl is my favorite. It’s a good sized portion, and consistently hits the spot. The guac is exactly what you need it to be if you like it mild with a zing. Shout out the the Evanston team for getting it right even when I order through DoorDash.
