Date night with the partner, and this is our go to spot. While here tonight we witnessed the Manager on Duty handle what I would call a “Karen” quite skillfully. I’m very impressed with their level of patience, and dedication to the job. I have to say I wanted to intervene on their behalf and tell this crazy white lady to chill, but they were amazing and didn’t need any assistance. This person deserves some recognition for dealing with that mess. In short, this place is awesome. Staff are always friendly, and even IF there is an issue they are quick to fix it. 10/10
The service at this Evanston location is horrific! After taking our order both times we visited the servers never came to our table again. We actually had to stop the manager to get boxes for our food. The food was adequate, but that doesn't help when the service is so bad.

Chili’s has always been a go to chain for me, but this location is the worst I’ve visited. They’re stingy with everything. We ordered chips and salsa and they gave us only a few chips and wanted to charge us for a chip refill. The bottomless chips and salsa seems to have left the menu. Fry portion was skimpy, chicken tenders were thin, and ribs were scrawny. Whoever manages this location is cheap and cuts corners. It also feels like the wait staff are afraid of whoever’s running things because they’re very antsy and not particularly friendly.
Fajita was good but not great. Staff was friendly.
