I love this place.... But it's currently closed! Please don't go here since it's currently under renovations. We planned a date night and I didn't think to call, but nowhere on their website or maps or here does it say that they're closed for renovations or changing locations. So please don't waste your time

I'll start by saying I don't eat fish so I can't speak to the non vegi sushi but the sweet potato tempura sushi is out of this world! I could eat it everyday...give it a try! Great restaurant and I love the patio in the summer!

Amazing spot right off central.Delicious maki rolls with some really awesome signature rolls.My wife and I split the filet mignon and it was cooked to perfection and maybe one of the better steaks I've had in awhile.Check it out.

The sushi here is good, but the prices are almost double anywhere else in the area and are even higher than some of the places we frequent in downtown Chicago.

Sushi is pretty good here- I think it used to be better. Sashimi cuts are a bit thin though. They have great tempura appetizer and lots of rolls and such.

I was hearing mixed things in the reviews about Coast post-covid. I'm glad I came here to experience it for myself. I will say there may have been a price increase since COVID, but it's not more than $1 or 2 per entree/roll. The appetizers and soups/salads are still very reasonably priced. I had good, kind servers and the guys behind the sushi bar are always very friendly and smiley. Has nice ambiance as well as good drinks and food. I would argue one of the best sushi places in Illinois and hands down best in Evanston.
