Ordered the sausage and egg muffin. When it came out it was too hot to hold (not a problem) and the muffin was extremely hard to chew. I tried to tough it out, but then discovered the egg yolk wasn't fully cooked through despite the initial hot temperature.Coffee was fine though.

I've been going to this Colectivo location for almost 2 years now and generally have had an okay experience. The staff are nice, the coffee is good, the food is acceptable. Today, however, I had a horrible experience which I feel compelled to share.I ordered a bagel, took a bite, and it was so hard, it chipped my tooth! I had chipped my tooth about a year ago, and this bagel chipped it even further!I went back in, and asked to order something else. I asked for a burrito, thinking they would expedite the order, given they were at fault for my hard as a rock bagel.Alas, they did not. I ended up waiting 15 minutes for my burrito. I'm frustrated and starving at this point. I bite into the burrito, and it's cold as ice! At this point I've had enough and I just throw the cold burrito away and go home. I had wasted enough time (and money!).I'm so disappointed. Never getting food here again. :(

I started to go there, every Monday and wednesday til yesterday, it was 5:50 pm and they where cleaning and putting the chairs on top of the tables, I place my order and ask for the closing time they say 7 pm, the manager didn't let me pull a chair to sit down, he was very rude, they lost 8 clients because I'm not going back there so are my friends
