We came here before taking my son to school. He loves donuts and always wants to come here. But this time, there were no donuts! Not a single one! And the store manager was very rude to us when we complained. We will not return.PRO TIP: The Jewel a few blocks away on Green Bay Road has better donuts. No need to go here again!

Lousy experience. Ordered 2 dozen donuts online the night before for 7:45am pickup. They were out of donuts when we arrived! What's the point of ordering in advance?? As a result my son's class didn't get donuts this morning, which he was not happy about. To make matters worse, I went back to the store for a refund and they wouldn't give it to me! They said there was no manager at the store, and despite calling and talking to the manager themselves, they still wouldn't refund my money. They said the manager would call me back. We'll see. I'm guessing I will have to track them down and waste more of my time trying to get my money back because of their problem. (and it turns out the same thing happened to one of my son's classmates a few weeks ago). Aweful experience

I really should have read the reviews before I ordered a turkey cake from this location. Something that was supposed to bring whimsy and joy to thanksgiving only brought frustration. I ordered the cake roughly two weeks in advance. I went to pick it up at the time scheduled and they did not have my cake. The employee offered no solution. He just told me the cake decorator quit. Then he told me my cake was downtown but did not give any indication when it would arrive at the location. Then he tried giving me someone’s else’s cake and I told him it would create the same problem (plus it was a different flavor). I asked for a refund and he refused to refund me for the whole amount claiming it would come out of his paycheck (which is illegal). I ended up getting a CHEAPER different design and flavor of cake from the fridge, but was refused a partial refund for the difference. I have called corporate and they opened a case, however the franchise keeps marking the issue as resolved even though they haven’t contacted me. Corporate has escalated the case, but I have not heard from the franchise within the time frame I was told they would contact. I just want my money back. I’ve reached out to the district manager via email, but she has not responded to my emails. I now have to take the issue to my bank to receive the money dunkin and baskin robins stole from me. It’s really unfortunate to see the reviews on here about other customers that dunkin has stole from. I really hope corporate takes a look at how they run things at this location.

Never has donuts. If they do, they are old and stale. I have seen them bringing in donuts from trunks of their car. Really just gross and staff is often rude. They also wouldn't refund for a cake they never made.

I would highly recommend against eating at this location, they never have more than 3 or 4 choices for donuts or they will even be completely out. Food usually tastes stale or sour even at 9:00 AM. Drinks are generally watered down or outright missing ingredients. Staff don't seem like they want to be there.

How can this place be in business????? Good gracious!!!! Ordered donuts on two different days. Each day the selection was limited - only three options, all vanilla. Paid for donuts selected but was given no change. Was told they had none. Same thing next visit. Manager -> if you don't like it, don't come here. There are plenty of Dunkin Donut shops. While this is the most convenient, the overall management of the store and the manager attitude ensures I will never go back. How can any reasonable person run a business like this?

Two stars for never ruining my coffee order, but there is something fundamentally off with their food. Trust me, I spend way too much on the Dunkin near my house and this location is the only one that consistently fails to meet the order or even cook a bagel all the way through.

Wish there was zero stars ordered iced coffee inside and came back to show person that it was just water and swirl without any coffee it was white color only cream swirl and water in there. Came back left the coffee for the person and left the store. Don't go to this Dunkin' Donuts

Getting pretty tough to support this brand. My $6 milkshake tasted like a glass of milk with a diced Snickers at the bottom.

Still no refund. I was told by the owner to come in to meet with him personally for my refund and I was stood up. All the workers there was clueless that he was even suppose to meet up with me. They said he was away and didn't know when he would return and that there was no message left for me. So unprofessional.
