Both of the donuts I got from here were stale, one had to be a week old it was so hard. The coffee was scalding hot and the lid popped off when I went to drink it, but no spills thankfully. I do not recommend nor will I be back.

Slowest Dunkin’ in America. Go there anytime and hang out for 20Minutes to get coffee. Plan on an hour for a sandwich.

Sooo....just went to get a coffee with an order of plain bagel minis and one of them has mold ? I am thankful that I did not bite into it. Can you please check the food prior to giving it to the customer. I really don't want to start the year with any sort of food poisoning. Thanks!

I order donuts online Iwent to pickup and the person at counter said we are out of donuts when I ask for refund he said you ordered online so contact online app team when I contact them they told me to ask for the manager to get refund 4 different people just told me they can't help and I lost my money and time!

Went in early on a Saturday for two coffees and 6 donuts. Two guys working neither spoke English very well, they didn't understand what a macchiato was and finally figured it out after looking on his phone. Donut section was almost bare even tho it was early in the day. Got a 1/2 dozen mixed because that's all they had and waited forever for our coffee. Finally left to go back home and I bit into one of the donuts and it was stale/hard!! Of the 6 donuts we ordered only one was eatable. Total rip off, go to a different Dunkin this one ain't it.

Dunkin's standards have rly lowered ... it seems every day when I go to this location I'm given a milky watered down coffee with a soggy (visibly damp) donut. I will NEVER understand how the attendants think it's okay to give someone a WET donut. Literally every single time I pay upwards of 10$ for a iced latte and donut and every time I'm disappointed and 90% of the time the donut is completely inedible. I'd go back if it was worth it, but with the customer service it's simply not. I wouldn't waste my time here. Convenient location next to the gas station, but has continuously let me down time after time. At this point, I'll spend the extra few $ on Starbucks.
