Sadly we have not been here since pre-covid days. Before that we came here a decent amount when we had some free time away from the kids. One of my favorite restaurants in the neighborhood. I love that I can cater to my dietary restrictions without feeling like I'm inconveniencing anyone. I'm not gonna blame no one. The food is good. Pricey, for what you get, but I never had any complaints with the food til today. I did notice it the other times I've gone. But Flat Top needs to do a better job at cleaning the food stations and making sure there's no cross contamination. I get it, it's a buffet style restaurant, so messes are inevitable.
