The attitudes of the staff and manager is ridiculous. I ordered 3 sandwiches for my coworkers and I, called the store to let them know my order was messed up First Lady answered claimed she was the manager, she personally made the sandwiches, then the manager get on the phone saying “well I was on the line with her and we did put the correct meat” I told them I can bring all the sandwiches back and show them. The manager was rude and stated if you want the sandwich I’ll give you the benefit of the doubt to come get it as if I’m lying. Bad customer service.

This is my 2nd review of Jimmy John's (Main/Dempster). While the sandwich was okay (hey, how can you mess up following written instructions - unless you can't read), the delivery was lacking. First, I wasn't notified when they were on their way (good customer service). Fifteen minutes after it arrived, they had the NERVE to text me a picture of the food on the ground in front of an unlocked door. I know with the Pandemic, people were leary of contact diseases, but that is a delivery person's duty to place the food in a safe location AFTER alerting the customer so the door knob can be touched by the customer OR CARRY HAND SANITIZER AND USE IT AFTER PLACING THE FOOD INSIDE.

LmaoThe single most ridiculous store hours I've literally ever seen. Closes at 7pm M-F and 4pm S-S.Every time I go in there, there are many workers.

I used to be a big fan of this location when it had friendly service and competent unwich makers. However recent orders have been wrong and veggies have sometimes tasted like moldy rags. After another disappointing order last night, I think I'm done with this place.

I often picked up my sub here and it now doesn’t allow dine in due to covid. Every time, my sub is prepared in time and good. I like Jimmy John’s tuna and beef subs with a relatively decent price.
