The ambience is great - really beautifully designed. The service was super friendly and attentive. But the food was just ok. Steak frites arrived with cold fries and well done instead of medium rare. Was kindly replaced but with a very chewy, under seasoned piece of meat. Not worth the price. The texture of the duck liver mousse was too runny and it was gamier than it needed to be. The prime rib/potato gnocchi dish underwhelmed several people at our table. The cocktails and the dessert were good.

An awful experience! Uncoordinated and unfriendly staff. Bland food. Took forever to get drinks and food. A general vibe of no one caring. So many better places to visit!

We held our wedding rehearsal dinner at LeTour a few months ago and had a great experience overall. The atmosphere, food, and service were all great and our guests loved it. We STILL hear about the food! We had some issues related to the amount of alcohol served without being asked, but the owner promptly called and addressed my concerns, remediating the situation. I recommend it for a rehearsal dinner, but highly suggest paying per hour for drinks rather than by consumption.

Attended the special women James beard winners dinner. Great time, amazing food, great wine pairings. Overall an excellent evening. My only complaint about LeTour, after about four times there, is they need shades for the western facing windows as the sun is in your eyes right during dinner time in that room.

Service 100% So sorry to say food did not meet expectations. Eggplant salad was bland, could have used more more acid; Skate texture was not appetizing and basically no flavor. French Chicken was well cooked but over salted and no brightness from the pomegranate sauce. Really disappointing.

The vegetarian main course was quite bland. Less than expected dose. Many mushrooms are a vegetarian main course. Good vibes though.

Overall really enjoyed LeTour but with some important quibbles. Prices are hit-or-miss; definitely on the higher side, but we assembled a meal of shared items for a respectable price. $6 per oyster, however? Would have loved a few but not at that price. Our baked Brie appetizer was delicious, as were the mussels - very large and plump and tasty. The "burnt cheesecake" dessert was less successful; not much flavor beyond the sweet fruit topping and the burnt bottom. The space is nice but maybe isn't a perfect match for the bistro-style food, especially for the tables to the right as you walk in. Feels a little like the restaurant isn't sure how hard to lean into the French thing - my suggestion is to maybe do so a little less (not sure the name helps here), as French food comes with an association with rich, buttery food that doesn't have broad appeal any more. Despite the quibbles, service was great and atmosphere is relaxed and upscale and the intercontinental menu is interesting enough to want to be back.

We waited 90 minutes for our food and only received 3 of the 5 things we ordered. It was just a mistake. Our server suggested to course out the first 3 items, but I think she just never put in the additional 2 after the first one. I had to flag her down to order our entree that we were going to share because we were expecting more food. We thought everything was just taking a while, but after 90 minutes they brought out our shared entree and had no idea what happened to the other items. They apologized and comped us for the missing items + a glass a wine which was nice of them. And they ended up giving us the two missing items but we had no interest i taking them and didn't eat them. It really ruined the vibe of the evening. The food we did receive was fine, but not worth the wait and not worth returning for.

Enjoyed our evening though the cost was quite high. Our group of three each had a chicken tagine, we shared one side of fries, 3 sodas, and one glass of wine for $175 before tip. The food was good, but at this price point I'd expect something a bit more special.

Very disappointing.. Best thing we had was the smash burger. Service was ok. Sorta weird interior. And what's up with the buffet table to check in?1

What a lovely space and ambience! We were seated facing the street and the beautiful lighted trees presented a picturesque scene. Started out with a crusty and tasty baguette. It was quite hard to tear apart and may be better presented cut in rounds or strips in a basket. Loved the spicy mustard accompaniment! The Mezze plate features three selections of which I liked the beet hummus the best. The tahini yogurt was quite bland until I added a touch of the mustard and that addition worked perfectly. The monkfish steak with lentils was scrumptious! My wife enjoyed the steak frites, perfectly cooked to order. Our waitress was excellent as was the host. All in all, we really enjoyed our evening at Le Tour!

I may be picky as I tend to regularly eat French food, often in France. Still, the Lobster Bisque should be avoided at all cost. The rest of our food ranged from acceptable to good.

We had to wait 90 minutes from the time we were seated until our entrees were served. Server very nice and professional. Food uneven - beet salad very good and duck breast very tasty. Black bass lacking in flavor and swimming in too creamy risotto. Deserts nothing special.

Ok....so this was a strange situation. I was here for Valentine's Day with my wife. Everything started off well, nice space, delicious apps, but before our main course came a circuit breaker blew. A few lights went out, but it didn't bother us, as we felt the dim lighting gave a romantic vibe. A few mins later, the fire alarm went on.... It was blinking light creating a strobe, followed by a loud alarm going on and off....for almost 20 mins! I know accidents happen....but what bothered us the most is how some of the staff handled this situation, a few being rude and the fact that they didn't comp anything from our bill. We spent over $200...the least they could do for this situation was comp our drinks or free dessert. There were some people that left, or got food to go before the Fire Department came. I felt this restaurant was clueless about proper hospitality. If they would have been a little more understanding, we would have considered coming back in the future. Food was good too....oh well....
