Customer service is good. The pizza is dry and they don't have all the ingredients. The guy said they run out by the weekend so they're out of pepperoni and other items, like gluten free dough. If the manager knows they run out, then start ordering enough. This is a pattern. Ambiance is fine.

This is a great place for NU students and above no cap. We just finished our 5 days of mod and each day was amazing. I love MOD pizza

Reliable build-your-own pizza chain in the heart of Evanston. Wide variety of toppings for pizzas and salads paired with speedy service from the employees makes for a great quick meal in the city.

I can’t believe this is the pizza I paid for and waited an hour to receive. Worst experience ever in a pizza establishment. See photos

Blaze Pizza has the same concept but tastes better and costs less. They also don't know how to cut a pizza at this place.

The employees are supposed to use customer names when calling out for them to pick up their pizzas, but one employee used the ingredients in the pizza instead, causing confusion and mayhem. He was also in a very poor mood and displayed it for all to see. Somehow, they also managed to lose my friend's order that I paid for.

Worst place ever. The staff doesn't even know the menu and is highly untrained.

If you're not familiar with this chain it's the same setup as Blaze Pizza. You go in and you can either choose one of their signature pizzas or just build your own. It's pretty hard to mess up the pizza when you're the one putting the pizza together. All the workers need to do is just put it on top of the pizza and pop in the oven. The concept is great. It's a fast food pizza chain that allows you to choose fresh ingredients and sauces to build your own pizza. You can get as creative or as basic as you want. It's not just the basic toppings you'd see at any other pizza place. They have more higher quality ingredients like the roasted garlic, Gorgonzola cheese, pesto, or even the spicy honey to be drizzled on top when it's all done. They bake the pizza the same amount of time for each pizza and comes out super crispy and flaky. You can't go wrong with brick oven pizza. It definitely doesn't bake the same as your usual oven pizza. It's a nice alternative to just going to a pizza joint and having to deal with the table service. You're in and you're out.

Had a fantastic experience in this spot with my kids. The food comes out rapidly and the service is just good. Prices are affordable.

I really like MOD, back home it is one of my favorite places. But here I have had multiple bad experiences, i have been yelled at for not saying what I was getting quickly enough, and my when I paid for my sisters Maddy pizza as she could ordered they refused to add pineapple and mushroom to her maddy saying that they had not charged me for it despite the fact that Mod pizza doesn't charge extra for toppings, they also misgendered her calling her sir because she has short hair and continued to rant at her even after she changed her order to a maddy.
