I would give 0 stars to this location if I could. Ordered pizza at 11:19 pm in an attempt to feed my wife who literally just gave birth. All food options at the hospital were closed so we ordered Papa John’s. Delivery was supposed to be between 11:50 and 12:01 but it was delayed 4 times. 12:20, then 12:34 then 12:44, then 12:48. Called multiple times but could not get in contact with store. Tried contacting driver listed on order, they hung up on me. Pizza showed up at 12:49 with no explanation. Almost 2 hours for delivery. Box says pizza was made at 11:44. Took an hour to get to me. Extremely disappointing and infuriating. Worst customer experience I’ve had in a while.

Food is great. However, service is terrible. I came there at 00.20, wanted to order a pizza (they close at 02:00). The guy literally told me that they were closed, literally 2 hs before their due time

The attendant's service was terrible. When we ordered the large pizza, he (the attendant) immediately said it would take 30 minutes. We realized that he wanted to go back to typing on his cell phone. As he was already on the cell phone typing, he didn't say anything or raise his head. If he himself depends on him to have his pizzeria working, he will have a DISAPPOINTMENT.

I was picking up from this place as a doordash driver. I got there right at the pickup time and the man told me it was going to be 5 minutes. No big deal for me since it was a large order for good pay. But they proceeded to take OVER 10 MINUTES and waste my time. If you are a delivery driver I suggest you avoid this place.

Ive tried to order from this Papa John's a couple of times and they don deliver within the latest by estimate and they don't answer the phone. Very bad, nonexistent service.
