We decided to try Sarpino's last night, and it was a huge disappointment. 1) My wife had a cheese pizza. They give you the option to have it cut in squares. I chose that option, but it wasn't cut in squares. (Yeah it's petty, but why give me an option if you're not gonna do it?) 2) I had the Buffalo Chicken Calzone. It was good, but quite small for the price. 3) I ordered a piece of chocolate mousse cake. It was not delivered. I told the delivery guy, and he said to call the restaurant. Okie doke. I called the restaurant at 7:50pm. The guy wasn't friendly. Pretty much it was MY fault the cake didn't arrive. He said he'd send one out. 8:35 rolls around. No cake. I called again. "The driver is on his way." Hangs up on me. The cake arrived shortly after. The guy picked the absolute smallest sliver of cake to give me. The thing was $7.00, and it was flipped over on its side. It was a mess, it was tiny, and I was really pissed off. Not ordering from here again. What a waste. If you want good quality food, and great customer service, stick to Rosati's, Panino's, or La Rosa.

I was at a neighbor's place last night where her husband ordered Sarpino's. I was impressed with how quickly they delivered (especially around 5pm on a Saturday. That's gotta be a busy time!). It was fresh and they have some interesting topping options (he ordered a shrimp Alfredo pizza. I didn't know that was a thing. Not my jam, but he and others seemed to love it). He also ordered a veggie pizza for the vegetarians (like me) who were there, which was great. The other reviews make it seem like there are some vegan options, too. I may have to order one of those for myself sometime, as pizza is the one reason I haven't gone fully vegan. If they have a great vegan pizza, maybe I can get my pizza fix that way and fully commit.

okay I've never heard of this restaurant before last week when I tried one on a whim, because it was the only place open at the time. didn't expect much but got a personal pizza with black olives and onions and it was the best pizza I've had in my life. The bread is amazing...I was thinking about it two days later and took the family here. Asked if there was any specials and he said if we signed up for the app we would get 15% off. He was happily telling us about the pizzas and the rest of the food they had, it's very nice to see somebody that knows a lot about what they do and enthusiastic about it. anyways we were given a nice discount despite only placing a $35 w/tax order. The food is wonderful. We also tried the wings (9?), they only had a couple of flavors available thay day (sold out) but they gave us barbecue on the side which is what we wanted anyways. The wife got some type of chicken alfredo pizza? I forgot. I got the taco pizza which was very good and not too hot with jalapenos. They were flavorful, not the type of in a cheap jar or anything. these were very good jalapenos. everything was proportioned correctly on the taco pizza so you could taste everything.Kid said the wings were greasy but that's a kid that only eats chicken nuggets so she doesn't know what she's talking about. I thought the wings were great and not greasy at all. The other review I made last week said how the pizza was so fantastic I didn't make it two and a half blocks back to my event, I sat in the car and ate it because I couldn't help myself after one bite. I wanted to visit the same location but that one was quite a drive so we went to Evanston.If you come to Chicago for pizza, this is the place. I don't care what the natives might say. There's also locations in Florida and other states.Parking: lots of parkingKid-friendliness: Worker explained everything the kid asked about, clearly and exactly. She knew what she wanted after 20 seconds of customer service

The place has no tables but does have high tables abd chairs to either eat or wait for your order. This time I went in and it looked like new employees were there. Not as friendly, however I was able to pick up my order with no problems. I usually buy 1 topping or cheeze pizza. I also sometimes order something from their specials list, which can be found on their website or App. Plenty of Free parking, the place is located near a gas station. Thanks, Sarpinos-I will keep coming back!

Sausage on pizza was burnt called and the person that answered the phone had an attitude with no customer service at all. I Spent almost 40 dollars to waste my money because I also tipped the driver. Don’t order here!!!!!
Cmon, are you kidding me with this $25 pizza??? I would be shocked if the cost of the ingredients for the pizza was more than $2. Thin crust with barely a layer of sauce and even less cheese. Maybe a dozen pieces and Italian sausage each about a square inch in size and maybe an eighth of an inch thick. A $6.99 Dominoes pizza is better than this.

Called to place a repeat order and the manager Daniel was very rude and unprofessional and hung up on me! He quoted an order that I NEVER ordered before. I order Vegan dishes from this location and have all receipts to prove purchase. It's sad that he was very unprofessional as this location is the closest to me. Very disappointed and will be contacting corporate.
