One of the worse experiences I’ve had at a fast food restaurant in my life. The wait was unexpectedly long considering there were all of two cars in the drive through, and they got my order completely wrong. On top of this, I was willing to just eat the incorrect order, but it was one of the grossest foods I’ve ever bitten in. I cut my losses and tossed my food. I urge you to take your business elsewhere, even a different Steak n’ Shake.

Placed an order thru Uber Eats. 3 cheeseburgers were ordered and they were done totally wrong. The patties were burnt. They were only supposed to be plain cheeseburgers but they ended having all sorts of condiments. The staff it had to with a change in their website platform.

I ordered a breakfast meal, but I barely made it home, I had to jump out of the uber an run into the house I was so sick, never again will I eat there!!!!!!!

I don't like the new thing where there's no cashier to take your order. it's automated. Took a few mins to figure it out. I don't mind self check outs at the store, but at a restaurant, not so much..Parking: The bad thing is there were no lights on in the parking lot! It was dark outside and felt scary..
