I ordered a two sandwiches for pickup since I was in the area. When I got home I noticed one of the sandwiches was made wrong so I called to asked for a refund. Initially I was hung up on by AAJ and Muhammad, the employees on shift at the time. When my fiancé called back they didn’t hang up on him and he was told that in order to receive a refund I would have to drive over the next day and bring the sandwich to show them it is incorrect. I don’t live or work around the area of this Subway to drive back over, and why would I bring an entire sandwhich over half an hour away just to prove it was made wrong. Go to one of the better Subways, this one and it’s employees are a stain on the Subway name.

Go to one of the good Subways. This one is terrible. AAJ and Muhammad, the two employees here at the time of my experience, are not what Subway strives to be. I'd recommend the Skokie location. Their employees know what they're doing, are kind, they won't hang up on you, and actually make the sandwhiches correct. Stop servicing this Subway so it can close its doors and a restaurant with better employees and management can take over.

As we walk in, we are poorly greeted by this rude gentleman staring us down like we're morons or something, he doesn't even say hello or anything and goes right into "what do you want?" And we were approaching closing time within 30 minutes and when we checked out, as we were getting our drinks; he was standing there starting at us waiting for us to leave so he can lock up and head home to whatever business he needs to tend to. I am disgusted by this location and the lack of customer service that we received. Never coming back here again.

I really love this place because of the service and food and the employees are great especially the manager and the young lady, that works there. ??also the bread and cookies are always the most freshest compared to other subways. Great place overall. Highly recommend.

I wish I could write a good review about this subway. But not one good thought about this establishment comes to mind. Let me list my issues....1). This has to be the most unfriendly staff of any subway franchise in the history of the company. They won't greet you. If you say hello, hi, good morning/afternoon to any given employee.... Be prepared to receive a look of distaste back at you and not even a response....perhaps a grunt. Literally every time.2). The restaurant is dirty. The pop machine looks uncleaned, the windows are gross and dirty , unwashed. The condiment food display is messy. Veggies look old 50/50% of the time.3). When they make your sub....they hardly put any meat on the sandwiches....on purpose.....I've eaten here now probably 6 times in the last several months....they don't like putting much meat or condiments on the subs. This is an constant issue each visit. They SKIMP MAJOR on the meats and add ons. It is repetitive and deliberate on their part, because consistently they screw you out of what you paid for....end up with a mouth full of bread and no fillings. If you've eaten here you def know what I'm talking about. Definitely not to corporate standards!! Please corporate subway LOOK INTO THIS!4). THEY HAVE A DIRTY OLD STAINED UP SIGN CRUDDY & GROSS TAPED TO THE POP MACHINE SAYING ABSOLUTELY NOOOOOOO REFILLS ON Purchased FOUNTAIN SODA. THIS IS THE ONLY SUBWAY I'VE EVER BEEN TO IN ALL OF 30 YEARS EATING AT THESE PLACES TO LIMIT Refills TO NONE!! CORPORATE SUBWAY WHERE ARE YOU?!?!!5). FROM THE COOKIES TO THE LETTUCE, SPINACH, Tomatoes, .... Seems like they like to use the old stuff up instead of tossing it and getting fresh.6). Last visit..... No pickles.... Completely out. I don't like writing bad reviews, I get nothing personally out of it. I write this as a warning to anyone who likes subway and likes their food. I do... I eat subway several times a week. This subway shouldn't be in the food service business. From the unkind unfriendly service, to the skimpy gross sandwiches, to the unclean restaurant itself .... Now you can't say you haven't been warned. Do yourself a service and find another subway.
