Went to Subway for lunch today. I ordered 6inch chicken onion teriyaki sandwich and made it a combo meal. The Indian lady charged me 15 dollars for my meal. I didn't realize it right away and I was a little bit confused about the amount. I asked her what comes with my sandwich and she answered chips and drinks. But I'm still shocked about the 15$ meal. My advise to anybody that go to Subway on Chicago st and Main in Evanston to watch their receipt and make sure you got the right size and prize of your sandwich . This lady is sneaky. Next time she does that I'm gonna call her out on it. Next time I won't be too nice anymore. Or maybe I should stop going there.

The owner here is absolutely incredible. As a regular, he knows my order by heart and sometimes even has it ready before I walk in the door. I can't recommend this Subway guy.

The employees at this Subway location are very rude. I came to buy some lunch. As the indivisible was making my sandwich, when I said ( and I quote) " I hope your day is going well", as a polite gesture, the woman laughed at me. When I asked what was so funny she mumbled something I could barely hear and understand. When I then said that I'm partially hearing impaired, the same woman laughed at me again. I guess employees here find it funny when a disabled customer is polite?! Honestly save your money and goes to another location!

Every time I order from this restaurant they cancel it with no reason. One time I decided to call and ask why my order was cancelled twice in a row and I was told "oh I threw the order receipt away on accident". Uhh.. so why wasn't I contacted? I have had close to 10 orders cancelled with no explanation and no one contacting me.

I had a really good experience when I went to this subway, especially there is an employee whose name is Swati, she was so professional and polite while attending customers. Besides this their hygiene level is upto the mark.

I've been coming to this Subway (out convenience in the neighborhood), for over two years, most the times the service has been poor to mediocre (to put it nicely), they seem to hire people that don't care to even make you a well made sandwich,l and if you say something they can't even be bothered, besides from the terrible customer service, they are stingy with their veggies & meat, a few times the toasting oven was broken which they only told you until after making your sandwich. Only reason this place is around because it has no other competition for sandwiches in area. Too bad Potbelly's is not closer.

Nothing was fresh here even not employees. Employees Looks sleepy. Garbage cookies sell here. They suppose to throw cookies and bread in the garbage at night before closing but they sell it next day until not sold out. I asked is it fresh, she replied its from yesterday morning. Subway recommended throw cookies before closing but this people sell here garbage.
