The food is so good here. Shroomami, & crunchy, & harvest salads are some personal favorites.

I know food doesn't always live up to advertised pictures so my bad for not going in person for my first try at a Sweetgreen location, but the delivery I got was the most underwhelming order compared to the images. It doesn't have to be pretty, but the servings were so much smaller - like it's something I'd expect from a fast food chain, which is not what I expected from Sweetgreen's branding. Tiny sweet potatoes for $4+ missing the honey sauce, super skinny piece of salmon. The vegetables with the Miso Salmon I got were oddly sour & felt like they'd been sitting out for a long time. so all in all... maybe I'll go in-person, but for taste & portion for value I don't think I'll order again

The food is very healthy. My friend liked the sign so much he wanted me to take a picture of him with it.

The food is fresh and healthy, this store has good people working in it. Don’t order for delivery but instead go pick it up yourself (trust me)

Do not go here unless you’re okay with disappointment. I would recommend picnic if you’re in the area and want a to-go salad bowl as their food is consistently much higher quality than sweetgreen and their service is always on time.I went multiple times and I’m let down almost every instance at how inconsistent the food and service is. Whether that be waiting for a hour past my pickup time for an online order and the nightmare associated with getting in touch with customer service, or waiting in line for a bowl that is either saltier than the Dead Sea or has zero seasoning at all, somehow something always gets messed up.Some other highlights include:-Burnt sweet potatoes that look like they been put under a hydraulic press-Chicken drier than the paper bowls they come in-Dressing that tastes fine one day but might as well be a whole different dressing the next

You people get a very limited staff in the morning peak hours. That's too annoying for me sometimes. Otherwise all good.

Was really looking forward to eating here. For prices, I did expect more food. The serving sizes were slim. I actually went and got something else to eat somewhere else.

Great spot to grab lunch to eat outdoors on a warm day. Food is fresh. Lots of variety.

I love sweet greens, but this store almost always gets my order wrong when I order from work — so annoying.

If I could give zero star I give . We ordered hot meals . They were out of ingredients and They switched with the other ingredients. And the sauce taste was not delicious. I threw my plates away ..

My mom and I ate here. It’s a good place- what I like is the display of organic vegetables through the glass wall.

The people who work here look very confused. I ordered for pickup. The app said it was ready, and when I got there it wasn’t. They made the salad while I waited. I ordered double chicken to be on my salad. When I went to go eat my salad, there was absolutely no chicken and other random ingredients added in there that I didn’t order. I tried to use the sweetgreen chat function to get a refund but it was completely useless.

I was really disappointed in the service. I am new to sweetgreen and enjoy the good but tonight I got to this location about 15 min before closing. I understand that means I am probably limited on choices. But no one greeted me or said anything. One person finally was like “what do u want?” And I was like uh a crispy rice bowl.. and they were unapologetically dismissive about being completely out of rice. And had most of everything else already put away. I decided to leave and get food across the street at another place bc it was clear I wasn’t wanted there. By the time I walked back to my car, which was still before 8pm, the entire store was closed. Just seems a little dismissive. If you want to close at 8pm that’s fine but then have a sign that says, “last order by 7:30pm”

This is a weird one, cause I’m a huge sweetgreen fan. I started eating it when it opened in DC, and was super excited to see it expand to Chicago. In Evanston, it’s also hard to get such a quick lunch where you can just grab and go, so I eat here about 3x a week. What’s a little frustrating is the huge lack in consistency. The chat feature for service on the app is a mess, and quite frankly, the staff is too overworked on-site to deal with issues. I can’t fault staff for this, but I definitely fault the company.Sometimes you’ll get a giant, bountiful salad. Sometimes, it’s barely halfway full. The judgement from staff about what constitutes portion sizes seems to come with no guidance, so again, I fault the company here. They’re $15 salads, though. Come on, guys. Figure it out.

The dining area is OPPRESSIVELY bright during lunch time. Floor to ceiling south facing window with no blinds means the sun will be in your eyes the entire time you are eating. Food is as expected for sweetgreen but I do NOT recommend dining in unless you can snag one of the two tables in the shade.
