Although overall this restaurant’s door was delicious and our server was AMAZING….the hostess was HORRIBLE. If we had not taken a Lyft there (we were visiting from VA) we would have turned around and let. Our server saved the experience!!!!

I brought $44 worth of food they gave me one soy sauce packet. I purchased 10 packets of sweet and sour sauce from them for $1. No way should I spend that amount of money and have to pay for additional sauce. This isn’t the first time that this has happened.

One of my favorite restaurants. Polite staff, excellent food good, atmosphere. And if you are getting food to go, they have a very easy seamless system for to go orders. Also, prices are reasonable.

It was okay. Nothing made it great. I love Asian food, so my standards for the taste are high. This was just not it. I had fried rice, shrimp toast, Philadelphia roll, and ragoon. The sushi had a weird sour taste to it. You can tell they use regular rice instead of Jasmine. Not a fan of that. The menu did offer a variety. Might be great but i ordered things that are not what i like for those items.My waitress was funny and accommodating. Even though you could tell the owner was disrespectful to her she still showed us a positive attitude. She was silly and nice. She worked hard. If it weren't for her, i would rate 1 or 2. The owner or Manager yelled at her in front of customers. I don't know the language, but i know tone. The owner should be embarrassed for treating employees like that. All the issues are from the top down. I think from reading reviews that people used to love this place.This was my only visit, but it is evident it changed.The hibachi was behind us. They did not look like they were having fun or even doing tricks. The people looked bored and were on their phones. So i did not personally experience it but i did not think it would be something to try based on my observationParking: Parking was ready and accessible.

The Hibachi The food was terrible no meat stuffing you with Rice and NoodlesThen I came back to try it again and I ate in the dining room instead of hibachi I want a combination fried rice with no beef in it can I did find three small pieces in it and a lady told me that's all you get she told me to order just beef fried rice if I want more beef you tell me a whole plate I only get three small pieces terrible I will not be going back there

I ordered hibachi noodles and hibachi rice for carryout and asked for garlic butter on my stuff. It does not taste like it has any garlic butter. It taste like boil noodles with seasoning when I called to explain to them she said it taste better when you dine in never again drove from Indiana but this place fell off

If I could rate 0, I would. I've heard only good things about this restaurant for years, maybe decades, but something clearly has changed recently, drastically! The hostess had not tact at all. When I told her how many was in my party, she turned and walked away, came back and didn't say anything. When I asked her how long the wait she says "I told you to follow me". She said nothing when she saw us sitting there. Same hostess took us to our seats, then brought more people than it seemed like seats. She left us there to figure it out ourselves, which left us sitting on top of people at the other table. My watermelon mojito was disgusting, tasting like watermelon pucker, with 2 flakes of mint leaves. When asked to exchange, they told me I had to pay 50%, for the bartender. The food was not seasoned well, not fresh, and undercooked. Oh, and the men's restroom is in the back of the restaurant and the women's was all the way in the front. No one that worked there knew how to tell me that in English. A guest had to tell me. I won't be back nor will I ever recommend to anyone. Terrible, terrible, terrible experience.

I've been earing in and carrying out from Chi Tung for years. This is the first time the food quality is crap. I ordered shrimp pad Thai. It comes one size, the container was half full, no peanuts or lemon. The Thai spring rolls, the wrapper was extremely thick, it should be thin and it all fell apart. The meal definitely wasn't worth and money and it was extremely disappointing.

We ordered several different dishes to be delivered. We were told it would be one hour and twenty minutes for delivery. We called after an hour and one half passed and we were told the food is waiting for the next driver to come in and that should be in fifteen or twenty minutes. After waiting a total of two hours the food was finally delivered and was cold. When we told the delivery driver the food was cold he laughed and said they were busy and traffic was bad. This was once a very good restaurant with very good service. It is lacking good service I am not sure Chi Tung is even worthy of one star when you have to heat the delivered food in the microwave when you receive it.

The food was phenomenal! But honestly, the service there was beyond terrible. We had a big party of 25 and they said they could seat us at 3pm. We went ahead and waited but when we got to the hibachi grill, they had just put a bunch of chairs bunched up. If they couldn’t fit us all comfortably, they could have said so. Then as soon as we sat down, the waitress comes over and immediately is wanting us to order our food. We didn’t even get a chance to take our coats off let alone look at the menu. The waitress rushed us the whole time. As soon as everybody got all their food on their plates from the grill, the waitress was handing out to go trays. The staff made this entire experience terrible. We have never experienced such ignorant people before. Then after the to go trays she was handing out bills, WHILE WE WERE ALL EATING. Then ice cream comes with the meal right, she then asked everyone what flavors we wanted as we were eating. She went ahead and got the ice cream and set it in a completely different room and told us that we have to get up and go to the other room to eat our ice cream because they need our seats for the next party. The ice cream was sitting out for countless minutes and it was melted. We then had to talk to the manager about the issues we were having and she continued to do nothing. They then gave us “new” ice cream in our chairs after having to complain about the poor service. We had came out as a family to celebrate my aunt’s birthday. The manager then came out and brought a ice cream dessert and helped sing happy birthday with us. As soon as she walked away, a random waitress from another table came over and demanded we leave or she will call the police. She had to be talked to because she doesn’t have that right to be going around saying that to the customers. It was a chaos at this place. They also include tip automatically as “service charge”. Which is fine but when you give TERRIBLE SERVICE, we should be allowed to tip whatever we choose. This whole experience was bad and they don’t treat you right no matter who you are. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
