Food was pretty decent, I normally enjoy chilli's but our most recent experience was a bit let down. We ordered drinks and food right away after sitting down, after that it felt like we were completely ignored Every time we tried to flag down our server we were ignored and just gave up.

Very long wait time. They were short staffed I understand that is beyond their control but be straight forward about wait times. I was told 30 minute wait and sat there for an hour before being seated. The manager for me turned the experience around for me to even come back. I don't remember her name but she had red braids. She was our server while the actual server took a break. She was very friendly multi tasked extremely well.
I haven't been to Chill's Grill & Bar. But it's do looks nice on the outside. I see Chili's Grill & Bar when I catch the Pace 349 bus. But one day I would like to visit Chili's Grill &Bar.

HORRIBLE! The host stopped dead in the middle of attending to me to attend to other patrons coming in that she forgot she had called from the wait list. My server sucked. She never brought water, silverware, napkins or out drinks. After reminding her 3x about not having drinks, they finally came at the end of our visit. The garlic parmesan wings came out with red sauce & burnt. They were sent back only to receive the same thing. What type of garlic parmesan wings comes out with red sauce?! I tasted one & almost threw up. The only positive was the bus boys bringing out the food. I told him that we still didn't have any silverware or napkins & he happily obliged us & apologized. The waitress brought the check before she brought the drinks & other food. One of the appetizers came out way after the entrées had been brought to the table. The appetizers were cold & burnt. Mozzarella sticks fried on old grease, eggrolls came out cold & the fajita trio was bland & overcooked. They didn't have flour tortillas, orange juice, strawberry lemonade, brisket & clearly no water since we were never brought any. The corner tortillas they did bring me were so old & stuck together that I couldn't even eat them. I have never left so much food on the table. The waiter was inattentive & unhelpful. I will NEVER come back! HORRIBLE!

When my friends heard I’ve never been to a Chili’s, they decided we needed to fix that asap. We came to this Chili’s on St Patrick’s Day around 6 pm and were surprised that despite the restaurant being half empty, the wait was still going to be 45-60 minutes. We decided to wait and so glad we did as Jess was our server and she was an absolute delight from start to finish. Our drinks never needed refills, our food came out quickly and was delicious, and Jess was so fun to chat with. If you’re coming to this Chili’s, definitely ask to sit in her section and you won’t be disappointed. Also the queso dip is amazing and should not be slept on.

The waiter was rushing us and asking us is we ready for our bill..... when people are spending their money they shouldn't be entitled to be rushed .... that's how people lose their jobs......And lastly I would've tipped her big $$$$$$ but she lost out!
There was no bar tender, so the server had to be both, so of course, that kept her from being of service. The food was subpar it came out very quickly, so we got half cooked chicken.... It wasn't an enjoyable experience at all....
