First time even trying this ice cream, it was good but so busy. So much going on in one bowl. Couldn’t finish what I bought but we enjoyed what we can finish .

I would recommend you guys take your ice cream somewhere else this place is no good I came in to get an ice cream and the gentleman didn’t serve me the right way and he said that he gave me two scoop and it was made very sloppy and not the way a waffle bowl should be plus that I stopped in today and the gentlemen with the red hat with dreads with laughing in the back with the other workers and are not willing to serve me here anymore. Don’t waste your money here guys this place is bad and need new management teams because they side with each other. ILL never return here again bad service . I’ll start going to another ice cream shop with better service. Don’t waste your money here guys make sure to check your ice cream before the gentleman makes another mistake and does not want to remake it again he will lie and say he did make two scoop when it looks like one

Embarrassing this place use to be good. Last 2 times I went dirty as can be and slow service. Horrible everyone sitting down had dirty tables waiting for their ice

This place is so Ghetto, they do not give a damn that you’re waiting an hour plus for your order still taking Uber and door dash while the dinning room is piling up don’t even buy anything out the freezer till the end my goods defrosted leaked everywhere the employees are all of color and have no motivation to work they got weave all in the freezers dipping down for ice cream. They answer huh, what, uh who? at the counter when you’re ordering. This place needs a serious new team of management and members. You get greeted with rolling eyes. I came here on a Friday night it’s a joke. Oberweis needs to do better too hire people at affordable wages so that you can run a better company ANDYS WOULD NEVER! Bye oberweis!

Been coming here for years. It is an absolute DISGRACE now!!! Rude - dismissive workers - customer service is non-existent. No greeting upon entering - no "thank you" no nothing... I usually spend $30-$40 here. I spent $6.00 and got the heck outta there. You're better off going to Walgreens for Hagan Das!!!

First time and last time going there. Customer service was terrible. Lady at the register was not helpful or friendly, she didn't even greet us. Our order was wrong and I had to go back and fourth with one of the girls, we werent even given a receipt so I dont know what I was even charged for. I spent 60 dollars for a disappointing and weird experience.

I would honestly take my business to another oberwheis the costumer service is very bad here and the workers here are very rude and sloppy when they make the ice cream. THEY WERE ALSO VERY RUDE THE WORKERS NOT WILLING TO REMAKE MY WAFFLE BOWL. I have been coming here a bunch of times and my ice cream looked two scooped and full. The worker wasn’t willing to redo my ice cream again. I don’t recommend the place please hire new workers here and I was banned from coming here again and got my money back. I went in to the store located at 95th Kedzie, Oak Lawn to take advantage of the Veterans Day discount. I purchased to pints and informed the cashier, who happened to be the store manager that I wanted the Veteran's discount, she asked me for my military ID, I informed her that my driver's license indicated my Veteran status. She didn't look at my license but rudely stated that this did not help her, however, she did begrudgingly me the discount. Please advise your staff that a Illinois Secretary of State requires that you provide them a Certified Copy of Military Orders, and/or Discard papers in order to obtain the Veteran denotation on your Drivers License which is a Government issued document!

Being a little older now, my stomach is more sensitive. Therefore, I am only able to enjoy premium dairy treats in small portions. Anything less than premium and we have a problem. Thank you Oberweis for having my back and creating so many different, delicious options for a lover of ice cream. Today's purchase was the warm apple crisp to go. When I am ready to indulge, I will heat the crisp in the air fryer and top with the scoop of premium vanilla then drizzle the caramel sauce that goes with it. Before my first bite, I will share a picture.
