I asked for 3 blackened ranches and even paid extra. I got 3 buttermilk ranches. Two completely diff things. Not to mention that I ordered a diet coke; I got a regular coke. I get that y’all gotta put the orders out quickly, but please make sure that you’re reading the orders correctly. Cuz now I’m hungry and pissed and wanna curse yall out.

Had the greatest experience had a employee (short brownskin with short locs) gave me and my elderly mother the best service ive ever had. She is hard of hearing and many people dont have the patience to deal with that but they answered every question she had and didn’t rush her to get to the next customer. Popeyes needs more employees like this one.

Monday, January 8th, 2024, I ordered 2 some sweet and spicy wings online, and I also placed a drive thru and ordered a family meal around lunchtime....got all the way home just to see that my 2 large sides was only half full and my wings weren't fresh at all!!! Pissed me off because I don't live in the area was only that way for a doctor appointment. I thought this location wouldn't give out partially filled, not fresh food!!! I will be in contact with corporate

Placed order online on a BUSY Friday evening. When I arrived, order was not ready and ONE person was working the orders. They had NO mild chicken or fries ready. Was not greeted at walk-in and wasn't acknowledged until approx. 20 min. after arrival. When I inquired about order was told I would have to wait an additional 15 min. (after already standing there for 20 min.) for chicken. Inquired about a refund and worker said she didn't know how to process a refund since it was ordered online. There were 4 other people waiting before me that had been there quite some time. Mgr. FINALLY came over to me to apologize and said that he would give me some additional chicken for my troubles.Good: Chicken was fresh and goodBad: Not being prepared for a Friday after work rush
12/23 Went through the drive through orders a tender meal and i had two Mac n cheese and they was horrible it was runny not mixed well it looked chewed up and put in a cup …The lady she look Indian she was nice about it tried to replace it but it looked exactly the same and she didn’t even fill it up it was barely anything in it I didn’t want those either so I house got mash and friesThen some African American young guy with glasses came to the window and said what you order with an attitude I said I order already and he slammed the window like I see they hire anybody no good customer service at all

Came threw drive threw about 4 months again never came back two this place again 2 piece special with a side is $6.99 at other Popeyes but not here. This place gives you a 2 piece chicken for $6.99 no sides. Never give you booklet of coupons at all the best Popeyes is on 103rd and kedzie in Chicago they get 1000% credit from me I'm always a valued customer of theirs. My favorite

The wait was long but that is to be expected if they cook the chicken upon order. They do not. How hard is it to get the order correct. I order Honey bbq Chicken wings, 12 piece. I received hot and spicy wings which were too spicy to eat. The wings are suppose to be dipped in the sauce, they were not, someone actually used a hot sauce bottle to sprinkle the spicy sauce over the wings that were overcooked. Combine long wait with incorrect order and it is just a waste of time and money. People are polite however and if politeness was on the menu, that would have been a 4 star . Unless management changes, skip this restaurant.
