I came in today. The manager was extremely rude. Wouldn’t even look at me barely talk to me. Had a complete total attitude for no reason I was very pleasant to her. She didn’t even hand me my food she Through it across the counter. I told her have a great day and she rolled her eyes at me. The place itself is not very clean. It’s kind of sad to see it. Go downhill like this.

We Came for lunch, order sandwiches soups bowls(no crackers were available) and sides of bread and was shocked to see mold on the bread. I’m so disgusted.

So I made a mobile order just to get points. I pulled up moments later. Lady on takes orders in the drive-thru said I must wait until the time frame, which was 10 minutes. It makes no sense that people who make the order at the drive thru gets their sandwich before someone who pre-orders. 1st & last time. I'm not shocked by all of the negative reviews??♀️

At this particular store the first thing I dealt with was the unpleasant attitude of the lady on the intercom. After pulling up to the drive thru window I noticed the lady using a cup to fix my bowl, no serving spoon, this is unsanitary.One more thing , a smile goes a long way.

My boyfriend and I went to this potbelly yesterday for takeout. This location always takes a long time to get your order! We were waiting for two sandwiches and a soup for about 15 minutes in the drive thru. To top it off, I got the Avo turkey sandwich and as I was finishing half of it I noticed I was chewing on something strange. When I looked, I was chewing on a big piece of plastic!! Employees there clearly do not care about their customers.

I see so many negative reviews about this spot and the management. Not sure what its all about, I showed up and the dude at the cashier was cool af. He helped me with the food side it was our first time. Also helped us with getting free sandwiches. The food was also good. Not the best but really good. Maybe try going into places with better attitudes and you will get the same energy back.
I ordered online but when I arrived, I was told that the soup I ordered was out of stock, so what other soup would I like. I declined a replacement and requested a refund. At that point I was told I have to do it online. So I pulled out my phone and said where. I was then directed to the manager who then said that she had to call Mario and there is no one besides Mario that I can follow up with. She suggested that I could do a survey or something. So now, I must hunt down Mario to get my refund.

Dirty. Rude staff. The worst potbelly I have been to. Ordered the avo turkey and a salad... the girl had to make the sandwich a few different times cuz she didn't even know how to make it...that was a shame in itself it's on the menu. The salad that I ordered was it apple walnut the lettuce in the salad was old brown and soggy the chicken that was in the salad probably would have gave me food poisoning if I would have ate it which I didn't I just threw it in the trash what a waste. While the young lady was making my sandwich for the second or third time I can't even remember as it took 20 minutes just to get it right a fellow came in and opted out of ordering as he stated that he would go home and eat first before he ate a sandwich that was prepared with somebody that had such negative energy he would not be eating there. Sad. Specially cuz I love me some potbelly. Forget this location.

Working customers on their lunch break are busy, multitasking. You take an order once, and I told you I want beef sandwich with everything on it, I consider it ordered. Then another line worker asked me something 5 minutes later I couldn't even hear it was so loud there, I think she was asking about sauces so I said I want mayo and mustard. I already told you everything on it once, so that means vegetables too. I walked out and found out I got a plain sandwich with no vegies. Why do I have to repeat myself 5 minutes later. Stop processing people, start listening. Plus the ice tea smelled and tasted like a pee water, gross.
