I ordered 1 drink and two sandwiches 7:00am on a Sunday nobody behind me could I pull around, ok so I did I waited and when it came out it was wrong cause they gave mine to the other customer

This Dunkin is under new management and truly they have turned it around. Quit going there last year due to poor service and just not well run. But new management doing a great job. Great customer service. Extremely clean. Our coffee and chai tea is always perfect. And the donuts are great. We are glad to be their customers again!!

Absolutely great! My dad was an absolute buffoon ordering stuff at the drive through that didn't exist. Somehow through all the craziness the coffees all came out right thanks to the great drive through operator! Plus the coffees were very delicious!

This place has gotten so much better! The new staff is amazing. Everyone has been SO nice and professional. The building is so clean and the quality of the products seems so much better. We use to completely avoid this place but we absolutely love coming for donuts or ice cream now!

New ownership or management not sure but the store was clean, the donut case full and the donuts looked amazing. Friendly and helpful staff. Amazing improvement
I was a worker for a good couple months, they've been bought out recently, and clearly not by the right people. All of day shift and night shift were unfairly fired and replaced with Indian workers under the Indians who bought the store, some family members some friends, they have NO food handling licenses, they lack proper hygiene, some can't even speak proper English. I've witnessed them dig in the trash with the same gloves they bake with, pick their used gloves back up off the floor and put them back on. The bathrooms have remained untouched and unclean since they were hired. They leave out cooked food to use for the next morning, tried to sell two day old stale donuts, they're rushing to pass this upcoming inspection and I don't believe they deserve to do so. They've ruined this store and ruined our jobs in favor of their own untrained and unprofessional friends and family.

I hated to even give this Dunkin 1 star. Upon arrival, no one greeted us, though two workers looked straight at us. We continue to stand at the counter, waiting for anyone to come and give us service, but it wasn't until we asked if the counter was open did we get assisted. The floors are filthy, covered with water, food, napkins, and who knows what else. I will not be coming back to this location again. Disgusting.

Seriously when ppl make complaints does anyone in charge even look at these. So I go to get a Sundae and I am told that they are completely out of toppings which I know is not the workers fault but then they were out of almost all ice cream flavor so I asked her what it is that they do have and why why was a lot of the other flavors gone and when I pulled up to the window I told her I did not mean to be rude. I just wanted to know why there were no flavors and like it was my fault she said here’s your ice cream you can leave now. I do not understand how this kind of an attitude is allowed to go on in any workplace and it is not the first time this is happened something needs to be done.

Here we go again. I gave this place one more chance and entire different employees screwed it up again! They didn't start making my door dash order for 10 min after I check in with the front counter. It took one kid 10 minutes to box 12 donuts . Then he walked in the cook area and said... you haven't started the door dash sandwiches? What!!! 25 min I wasted waiting on these children to do there job. I will never ever step foot in this place again!
