i spent over 200$ today when it was time to check out there was a party of about 15 kids. i asked if i could be assisted as i had only 1 card to check before my uber arrived in 5 minutes, i was told no. i spoke to the manager that ate his pizza and shook his head that there was nothing he could do. meanwhile about 4 additional staff members were available that could have assisted me. my child with autism left chuck e. cheese crying and would not stop the entire ride home since i promised him prizes! terrible customer service. i was told i couldcome back anytime, well i don't have a car i am new to the area and i will never step foot in this chuck e. cheese ever again. my son is an avid chuck e. cheese fan we will not be going back! irresponsible and inconsiderate staff after i spent so much time and money on a random thursday ! i am disgusted and my child is highly disappointed!

The pizza was better than I remember. Kid had fun as usual. The only reason this is getting a four stars out of five stars is because of the price increase. I am aware the price of everything has gone up in America, thanks Biden, but I had one kid that I brought all we had was one large pizza two drinks and an hour play card for him to play games for an hour and it was over $80. This is ridiculous and I probably will not be back for a long time unfortunately.

Walked out haven't been in years took kids way over priced $65 for two pizzas and drink no game play included at all . we have 5 children insane not meant for families anymore. At least large family just to eat would been over $100 than game pass on top .we have a game / pizza place near us nowhere near price same thing pizza games and jump house. $15 pizza pitcher soda is $5 and $8 person unlimited bounce and video games win tickets. Sad

New chuck E. New games? Though that statement is true, not for the better. Foods still expectable for a chuck e cheese... but now there's alcohol, which I'd say is a risk over reward for them as an establishment. Also newer games but also fewer games. That mixed with kids unsupervised by parents on top of the games, I'd say let's find a real arcade.

Customer service's is even more than worse we buy 2 60 minutes in 2 cards and my wife's was vary clear that she will only used one card and if she could came any other time or dayes and the casher says clearly yas u can come any time since u did not sliced the card so after 2 days we came back and the card dos not work when we asked for Manger she says when ever u lfat and 24 hours passed the card become in active and terns to 0 balance and we can do nothing about it ,It's convesing that u employer says the obesity and she was so rude that I cand helpe u even its there fault the refuse to listen

Pros:-Amazing new layout and games !-pizza just tastes so good!Cons:-Depending who is working it can take forever to get service at the counter .-we paid for the trampolines and no one is monitoring random other kids jumping and NOT paying . (Parents know better but don’t care to pay the extra)- why would you serve alcohol at a CHiLDRENS play place ! No wonder there fights in the evening time . Do better

Since it was cold this year we decided to stay indoors for Halloween. Our original plans were canceled due to Urban Air being closed so we decided to go to Chuck E Cheese which wasn't very far. I forgot they opened the new trampoline area. So my kids was super excited about that. Although the socks needed to jump were $10 a pair there is no limited timeframe so you kinda get your moneys worth. Mo who worked the register was awesome! She was attentive, and went above and beyond to service my family & I. Thank you again ?
