I had a taste for some catfish nuggets and didn't want to cook them myself so I went to pops because I had their catfish fillet before. Bad decision ?. When my order was ready I retrieved it and went home. When I got home and opened the food container, the breading on the catfish didn't look like regular fish breading, it was beige and looked like rolled oats. I tasted the fish and it had no flavor whatsoever and I couldn't idenfy what the barter was that it was cooked in. I was so disappointed ? ? ? ? ? and still mad because my taste buds was ready for that fish. The chicken wings on the hand were delicious and seasoned perfectly. I will not be going back there for fish anymore.
The worst fish I’ve had in years!! Why is this place still open?? I feel like driving back and throwing that $h!t in their parking lot! Barely any breading on the fish and there was some pieces of breading that was rock hard and hurt my tooth! Not one grain of salt on the fries. My Friday is ruined. Should’ve just gone to Karsyns like we usually do. My husband said that the service was terrible and it took them forever to acknowledge him. Never again!

I normally don’t complain but I ordered delivery and ordered 10 piece wings, 2 orders of 4 piece chicken wings with cheese fries, and 2 cheeseburgers. When the order arrived it was missing all the cheese fries and both cheeseburgers and 1 wing out of the 10 piece. My driver went back up there with receipt and they said once you leave out of the door it’s on you!!! How is that when the driver did his job by not opening my food we can’t get the food that’s missing?!?!? I will NEVER order from this location again and the wings are very small as well

I ordered 2 of the 3 chicken strip meals. He first shorted our change, an honest mistake that he fixed when pointed out. The owner told us 4 minutes. A few other people walked in and ordered. He told them where to get their drinks so we grabbed ours too. About 20 minutes after ordering we got our meals. Yhe fries had no seasoning at all, and we didn't see salt or pepper around. The chicken strips were large and made with real chicken. The breading was falling off though on most of it. There is no where to eat it there so we sat in the car to eat. Overall I probably wouldn't go back unless there was no other option.
