The gentleman in the front working between the hours of 3pm - 4pm on Nov 16th was so polite and displayed excellent customer service! I'm so sorry I didn't get your name, but you are great and deserve recognition!When i first went here, a young woman at the register was really rude. But after giving it a second try, the experience was much better! Please keep more staff like him!Also, the food was good both times :)

Bread on the Honey BBQ Pork sandwich was so hard I couldn't bite it. Chicken Tortilla soup was all broth. Pecan Berry salad had plenty of chicken but no dressing. I normally love the sweet tea but today its so sweet I can't drink it. I've been to McAlisters many times but today was definitely a disappointment.

I purchased a pecanberry salad. Only thing missing was the pecans. The lettuce in parts was frozen. Disappointed but my soup was good.
