This is the third time I have been to this location that they have been out of steamed rice! How can that be?! This might possibly be the last time I come here. Steamed rice has got to be the easiest thing to prepare! My son and I used to eat at this location at least once a week. We're done!

Me and my grandson love Panda Express, we decided to eat their while doing some last minute shopping, at St. Clair MallThey were out of so much, they didnt even have paper to print a receipt. The emplyees were pleasant but shame on the owner.

My family has been coming to this location since 2018. It was always good, but expectedly, it dropped off during the pandemic. Tim, the manager, moved here from Chicago to take over the store. And man...am I glad he did. He worked hard to turn this store around. And now, it's a smoother running operation. Amazingly fresh food, quick service with a smile, and a clean store. This has become one of the best Panda Express stores around.

If I could give no stars I would. You wait in line for 20 minutes for them to give all their food to online orders and be told they're out of noodles, white rice, and orange chicken. Worst Panda

I went to Panda express and I ordered a beef and broccoli bowl with Lo Mein noodles. What I got is dried out HARD noodles. The associates were very unpleasent, seemed to not care out their jobs. I used my ONLY 25% DISCOUNT NEW customer for this dry food that I couldn't enjoy.

We came from Edwardsville on my lunch break just to have Orange Chicken from Panda Express because i had just gotten a notification from the app that it National Orange Chicken Day and when we finally get there they have a sign that read “NO ORANGE CHICKEN.” The man in front of us asked if they were going to have some anytime today and they said no orange chicken today. We accepted that and went to Charley’s and then as soon as we sit down to eat our food they no longer have the sign up and they are now serving orange chicken. The front line workers were not personable to the man and one of the gentlemen working gave the guy the finger when he walked off upset. That is what specifically made it to where we were not going to eat there as well. They could have easily let us know there would be a 5-10 min wait for the chicken but they did not. I am extremely disappointed and it’s a shame I drove all the way here to get a bad experience from one of my favorite places to eat.

In my opinion, the menu items are tasty. I especially enjoyed the lo mein noodles. For a fast food place, I recommend. I have eaten at the local Panda Express restaurants and I believe the foods to be consistent in flavor and presentation.

Slow service bad food. try somewhere else. Drive-through takes forever to take your order then it takes another period of time to get your food through the drive-through. Also, the food is not what it used to be. There’s a Hawaiian Brothers restaurant down the road from this location that serves similar food better tasting speedy service.
