Horrible. Drink machine broken, which choice was lemonade, Dr Pepper or water. And no napkins! No paper towels in the restroom! Filthy, filthy, filthy. Employee is not wearing Popeyes uniform just their sweats.

I went to one of your locations, and it was the worst experience I've ever had. I sat in line as I listen to the employees, cussing each other out and yelling in the store but no one was trying to take my order when someone decided to finally ask me about my order they asked me to pull to the window to take the order. I was trying to look at the menu to figure out what I wanted but they kept screaming at me to pull forward when I got to the window. The lady said what do you want I said, how should I know what I would like to order, I can't see a menu, she told me I can come in order if I need to see a menu. She stated her name was Tanisha. She was not in uniform and was wearing a white T-shirt that was see-through to the point I could see her bra. This was the most GHETTO experience I have ever had and a waste of my time! You lost my service to KFC today

Ordered two types of wings and Mac and cheese. Completely forgot to put sauce on one set of wings and dumped the sauce in the bottom of the container of the other. Had to go back in to get the Mac and cheese they forgot.

The Fairview Heights store has to be the worst Popeyes ever. I ordered online Classic Chicken Sandwich, Spicy Blackened Chicken Sandwich, Tacklebox and 2 piece chicken dinner.When I arrived at the store the doors were locked and a child was inside walking around. I got in the drive thru line and the mic system is busted so you have to sit in line for a long wait.When I got to the window after 38 minutes in line and some young girl was walking around hind the counter. The child unlocked the door so she could run out to some car and then came back and locked the door.There is a message on the drive thru window that says "MISSING FOOD, Slow Service, Rude Service Please Don't Hesitate To Report" and it is signed by the General Manager Tannisha. The phone number was wrote down but some of the numbers have been ripped off.This store appears to be not organized and no one is running it properly. The small child was allowed to lay on the counter.The Health Department probably needs to be called in to evaluate its sanitary status.I was Missing my Chicken sandwiches and the employees refuse to answer the phone.I wouldn't advise anyone to eat at this place until Ownership takes control and cleans the restaurant and employees up.What a disgrace to the Popeyes name.Kid-friendliness: Children are allowed to run around and lay on counters.

Food was missing from the order. Employees were rude and refused to check the order. They would nor answer the phone. Worst customer service ever. The food that we did get was also incorrect with sides missing.

Very seldom go there, but decided to go Sunday. There 8 people inside, one was a group of 4 young men already waiting for their order. One person behind the counter and others in the cooking area & cars in drive thru. They were continuing to get the 8 people's order wrong while others waited, they were arguing among themselves in front of customers (which is a very bad look) several customers walked out, after half-hour they took my order and & I waited 45 minutes for it when she handed it to me I ask her to verify my order was correct and she said yes only to get home to see it was not correct. I live about 5 minutes from there, I spent over an hour waiting. I think the disrespect your staff showed in front of customers the entire time was so unprofessional no matter what kind of day you're having, keep it in the back. Needless to say, that's my last visit. This was not my first bad experience, It was just the worst! Won't be back!

Really workers chilling outside on the lot with no uniforms on just street clothes sign say pull up to window but when you pull up the girl just sitting in the back hiding the guys outside chilling smoking on the lot came inside and started working no hands washed or gloves NEVER WILL BE

Fairview Heights location is a mess and has been for a long time. Drive thru speaker still broke so you can't order till you reach the window. One of two doors to lobby broke off at hinges so locked during business hours. Most dispensers on soda machine out of order. 2 of 3 menu signs in lobby broke.

Ive never visited this restaurant without them forgetting part of our food. Today it Was Oreo cheesecake . Also I didn't get a receipt but spent 47 bucks. So I have no way to return to get my stuff they forgot.
