Service was TOP TIER and the ambiance was decent, but the meal NOT SO MUCH. Fries were SUPER SALTY and Impossible Burger ? tasted as if it had been microwaved. I've had BETTER here at Red Robbin, but this day wasn't it. 2 stars for horrible food.

First time going, I ordered the ribs and steak fries. They took around 20 minutes to bring out six orders on a busy Friday night which impressed me. I was impressed at the quality of the food and thier sauce they used for the ribs was delicious! The food was worth every penny and I will be going back!

GF review. I have eaten here many times. Multiple times prior to my diagnosis and several since. I would have to say that on paper, it seems like a great place for anyone with a sensitivity or allergy, but I'd say, proceed with caution.While they do offer GF buns, and if they are notified, they are supposed to fry all of your fries in a dedicated fryer, I'm not confident this always takes place.I have had a reaction the last two times I have dinned in. I am unsure if they don't take the proper precautions when handling the food, if the fry "refills" are not coming from the GF frier, or if the ingredients they use on their burgers are not GF. I do know that they don't advertise any specific burger as GF and place that responsibility on the dinner to figure out what may be on the burger, such as fried onions, or bbq sauce (which often has wheat as a filler). I don't appreciate this, and it makes my expiernce much more difficult to navigate. After having a reaction twice, I'm extremely hesitant to return.Overall, I do enjoy the unlimited fries. The burgers are good. They have become increasingly smaller over the years while rising in price. $18 for a burger is crazy, but if you enjoy fries, go for it. Wide selection of burgers for anyone's taste. I prefer the basic classic bacon cheeseburger for the simplicity and flavor. Fries are the best in my opinion as they are the fatter steak fries compared to the skinnier ones other places have. Service has always been good.

Burger was decent. Actually. It probably would have rated it significantly higher if they had troubled themselves to grill the bun. Nothing worse than a nice hot juicy burger and you get a cold dry bun to go with it.Service was okay. Atmosphere was not really the best but maybe it had just been a very busy day. The restaurant was a hot mess.But I would go back. Not on a regular basis but if there was one nearby it I was hungry. I would stop.

Me and my wife eat here when we first bought a home here 6 years ago and never came back. Was not good at all but they have really stepped up there game as we have now eat there once a week now for a month keep it up price is high but as long as the service and food back that up I'm fine with it and the employees and managers have done that so thanks. We will be back soon
