We called to order a pizza for pick up. The lady on the phone tells us "uhhhh the man who makes the pizzas isn't here right now but you can call back in like 30 minutes."

The guys were friendly and helpful and attentive. Constantly watching customers and cooking pizzas and helping each other out. Had great timing and all but one had smiles on their faces. Thanks for great New York style pizza!!! ?

Seriously some of the best slices you'll get in the area, NY style of course. Extra sauce extra cheese double pepperoni please!

I asked for mushroom and spinach on my pizza. Rob, decided to grab the mushroom and spinach with his bare hands. I asked politely if he could use gloves. He responded, “it’s going in a 350F oven”. There should have been no argument, you should always use gloves when handling someone else’s food. It is not only a sanitation and health concern for myself, but for every customer after that asks for mushrooms. Not only that but he was severely rude about the entire situation after I politely asked for a refund.

The place is definitely hit or miss about being open lately as of 6/6/22. Had Panda Express last week due to Sbarro's not open and it was not a good substitution.

On Jan 1, 2022, Carson went to Fairview Heights at St. Clair Mall. I love this place! They got Great Food, Like NY Style Pizza, & Mountain Dew! Jason, Lillie, & Carson is Staying at the Hotel in O'Fallon for Spending the Night there!

Staff was rude and more worried about playing on their phone then helping. Got 2 pieces of pizza and they couldn't even bother to heat them up.. RIP my favorite pizza place

Stop in for a couple slices today 12/10/21. The lady at the register was irritated, I was standing there and she didn’t want to wait on me . Once she did she was very short with an attitude. I pick out a slice she then walked away as I tried telling her I wanted to order two. Once picked out second slice she rang me out prior to me asking for a beverage. I told her I was wanting the #4 witch is two slices and a drink. She said” if you wanted that you could get it . “ I told her I did . I told her thank you and to have a great day . She responded with attitude with “I will . “ if your people don’t want to work here then tell them to find another job. Just no reason to be so rude . Luckily pizza taste ok .Update to sbarro - I immediately sent a message to your corporate and yet no response as of the near near year

Great grab and go pizza. It’s kinda pricey in my opinion

Not as good as my childhood memories, but still OK pizza.

I Went there last night, the times online do not match. The times say 11-9 Thursday, went about 430/5pm and they were closed. I wanted a slice too. The place was dark and no workers around. My guess is lack of business or employees willing to cover their own shifts. Their pizza is usually good.

Yea it's definitely the location..I was up north recently and went to a sbarros,in a mall, just like Fairview Heights, and it was so good!!!The Fairview one does not taste the same anymore and awful customer service..I literally have been going to the Fairview Sbarros for maybe 25 or 30 years,I really wanna go there for lunch today but dunno if I'd be regretting it later..Very sad to say that.

Pizza was good. However one of the workers I'm guessing the manager kept telling at the other workers to "work faster" and belittling them in front of customers. It was horrible to see and is no surprise they're hiring when people are being treated like that.
