I have to say, of all of the sushi restaurants I've ever been, this has become one of the best if ever been to. Its a fairly small locale that we attended with a group of 10 people. We were well served and didn't have to wait long for our food. The food was absolutely delicious and I highly recommend it.Parking: The restaurant has its own parking spaces.Wheelchair accessibility: The locale is on a ground floor with no steps to reach the door. Very accessible.

I almost don't want to review this place. I feel like it's a well-kept secret that only a handful of very fortunate sushi lovers know about; however, they deserve the best reviews, and I would hate to see them close because they couldn't bring in enough business.Tatsu is the first sushi restaurant I ever visited. I've had sushi in many more places, many times, and some have come close to the quality. None have ever bested it, and most were overpriced. Tatsu is authentic- the food is FRESH, the service is welcoming, fast, and gracious, and the place is never so busy that a party can't be seated immediately. And that's what scares me. I don't know how they've stayed in business for all these years. Many nights the dining room was populated by my wife and me, and maybe another couple. I'm always afraid, when I drive past, that I'll see that they've finally closed. I really thought the pandemic would kill them.People who love sushi NEED to discover this place. You'll be happy you did.

Unassuming little place with excellent quality and value. Very impressed that the daikon was fresh. Do not skip the scallop kobashira.

Service was excellent. The sweetest lady ever! We ordered 5 rolls and they came out pretty quickly. They all tasted so fresh! Absolutely delicious! I was savoring every bite. Best sushi I've had in a longggg time. The gyoza tasted homemade and was equally as delicious. The pineapple at the end was such a sweet surprise! This was our first time there and will definitely not be our last.

My favorite sushi spot in the st.louis area! The owners have always delivered the best sushi around. The volcano roll is by far my favorite.
We got the Poison Spider, California Crunch, Sunset, and Volcano Roll. They were all super good! Everything tasted amazingly fresh. Staff were very nice. It is a little dim in there but I didn’t mind it. I think they have few staff members, so it does take longer than your average restaurant visit, but that’s because everything is being made fresh and prepared with love, so please be patient with them! The complimentary pineapple at the end was the perfect touch. Thanks for the great meal!

I went here on a Tuesday night to treat myself to a nice dinner alone. I had a little trouble finding it, almost passed it up. They have an OPEN sign lit up but the actual sign on the building with the restaurant name was hard to see in the dark. There is plenty of parking though! There was only one other couple there, but several people came for take out while I ate. It was very quiet, the service was good. They left me alone and didn’t bother me much except to refill my water, check on me a couple times. Which I like to be left alone when I’m eating alone lol. It was the perfect atmosphere to just relax, clear my mind and enjoy my food. The plum wine was yummy, along with my dumplings for an appetizer. Sushi was sooo good. I loved the tempura Philadelphia and dynamite rolls. The red dragon ended up being my least favorite of the four rolls I got. It was still good just didn’t have as much flavor as I wanted. Overall, I would definitely return and 100% recommend
