I ordered Uber eats and had it delivered. No French fries, no tarter sauce, no utensils. All was requested in the app. On top of all that, I was given the wrong reciept. Overall I give the food quality a 1 out of 10. I won't be returning to this establishment. Thanks to Uber eats for quick service. When I complained to them they gave me a complete refund on my order. Honestly this was the worst fried chicken I’ve ever had. The chicken was very greasy and really had not an ounce of flavor. The coleslaw was the star in my meal. And the service was terrible! I placed my order through DoorDash giving them plenty of time to get my food ready. By the time I get there to my surprise they didn’t even see my order until I arrived at the restaurant. Then I was told they needed 15 more minutes. Which was kind of understandable because they were busy. But by the time I got there; the food still wasn’t ready and I was forced to wait an additional 10 minutes. And it wasn’t even worth the wait. Just go to Popeyes or KFC there chicken is wayyyyyy better.

I have no idea why they do not have 5 stars but I love them and highly recommend them. The service is unmatched by any restaurant. They are always kind. It's clear they want you to come back. I love their professionalism. And their food is just as good as their service if not better. I highly recommended the Philly cheese steak, burgers and wings. They made the mistake of forgetting my coleslaw 1 time (bc they are human) and they fixed it by refunding it without me having to go in. I wish they sold pizza; then they would be our family's 1 stop shop for American favorites. My only other suggestion is to become more consistent with the temperature of your french fries and cheesesticks. Sometimes they are hot and perfect (tastes fresh) other times they taste older. That's it. The entres are always hot with great flavor and I will drive 15 minutes and pass up all the other similar restaurants near me (there are 4 of them) to go straight here. Please keep it up.

This is a wonderful place to eat, nice very clean.And the staff was excellent.Vegetarian options: Well you could have a wonderful salad.Parking: The parking lot is not super large but you can park. But you might have to wait for a spot.Wheelchair accessibility: There is plenty of handicap parking in front of the establishment.
pick up is cool but if you order it,they be leaving certain items out so wacth out for that,and sometimes some of the workers have attitudes but no worries you can always check them.

Door dash stay away. They never have orders ready, staff is rude, unprofessional and just a waste of time. The whole plaza is bad.
This establishment has an issue with closing down before the times listed. I left one establishment that closed early and drove to this establishment that was supposed to be open later. I get to the counter and the cashier asked me to hurry up with my order because they were closing. They weren’t supposed to close for another hour. He stated that they needed to clean up so they could go home. I could care less about that. All I know is that you’re open and I should be able to place an order without being rushed rudely. Needless to say, I refused to patronize a business with such terrible customer service. I will not be returning.

This was my first time ordering from Captain Hooks. I was very dissatisfied by the rudeness of the person that took my phone order. I ordered the pick 2 captain's combo (5 pc perch, 20 medium shrimp (the size was small), and onion rings (received 10 rings). Onion rings are not a true onion it is process rings. The seafood sauce in a packet is not true shrimp sauce. My family and I was very dissatisfied.This will the last time I order from this establishment.
