Please go anywhere else possible but here. Nothing Urgent about Urgent Care. Waited for 6 hours to see a doctor and he looked at me for 2 seconds and randomly diagnosed me.

What a horribly slow place. Very few patients coming in. Still waiting here for over 4 hours for them to examine a family member. They have her sitting in an exam room for 4 hours with no updates or what is going on. What a poorly run facility. All of your reviews are terrible. Dont come here if you need anything.

I hope you have time to wait because your going to be there forever. I came in with symptoms of a bad headache difficulty swallowing and I previously was nauseous. I waited patiently for 5 hrs and finally it was time to go to the back where ever doctor focused on the fact that I was nauseous so they came up with diagnosis that I was pregnant even though the labs said negative. The doctor rushed in asked again are you pregnant checked my throat and said " I see redness go home and find some Tylenol " and quickly rushed out .... I waited 5 hrs for Tylenol * Second opinion stated I have strep throat

If I could give zero stars I would. I waited to be seen for 3 hours and the ONLY thing they did was a pregnancy test even though I had a complete hysterectomy 10 years ago!! Which they knew about. I left after being disgusted with the awful service. Never again.

Awful! 5hr wait, staff don't check on you, takes hrs just to get test done and more hrs to get the results. Move slow, no respect for your time, I would not recommend going here to anyone! It's a urgent care and yet no one treats your condition as urgent.

Came here for X-rays because apparently I didn’t need an appointment. I have been waiting for almost 2 hours. No update from the receptionist even though she saw me waiting here in front of her more than all the patients that came after me. I got frustrated and finally asked for an estimated time. They just told me they need it to fix my order, like if it was my fault that they didn’t enter my order correctly (after 90 minutes of waiting). At this point if I just leave I had already wasted more than 2 hours. I Absolutely do not recommend this place.

This by far the worst place I have went to. I usually have great reviews but today was not one I arrived at 1150 to be see for fever, body aches, COVID and flu test to make sure I am not passing it along to my family . I was turned away for a gsw to the foot. Mind you the police had left little after 115 so the threat was no longer present. The patient left around 130 so where was the threat that stopped them from seeing patients. I was told the lockdown would be over at two when I called into the er so I waited . I was to sick to leave and drive else where so I waited . Two am came security's says they said they are still on lockdown u til 3am. That is by far the worst treatment ever. i pray they learn the proper protocol for hew because it's lifted after the police and patient leaves. Glad the patient was this was unfair trearment ingalls urgent aid in flossmoor.

Don't use the urgent aid for anything but stitches and broken fingers!! They don't do trouble breathing... chest pain... they will call 911 and Flossmoor FD will take you to the hospital! And you will be charged up to 6 different entitys!!!!! So if it's something serious go to your closest hospital!!!

If you have a semi serious injury , adult or child , do not go ! I'd be dead waiting for them . They are slow as molasses. I watched paint dry and by the time they called my baby boys name , the paint was bone dry! I'm quite confused on how this is considered urgent aid when it's everything BUT Urgent. This should be call Tortoise Aid , Die while waiting Aid! Unbelievable! sad!

Hands down one of the worst experiences I've ever had in an Emergency Room. I took my 10 month old in for a fever that has been ongoing for four days. He's not eating, drinking, or sleeping. The doctor came in and asked questions and ordered a swab to check for RSV, COVID, and the Flu. She did not look at him. She did not check his ears, his throat, breathing, nothing. I literally had to complain to the nurse for the doctor to come in and actually examine him. His pediatrician directed me to alternate tylenol and ibuprofen every 4 hours. They tried to give my son tylenol two hours before he was due and tried to give him 4.3ml when according to his weight he isn't supposed to have more than 3.50ml according to his pediatrician. Their lab is also down so they had to send out the swab to the main hospital for testing. Hours spent waiting with no communication or status updates. Complete waste of time. The doctor was incompetent and needs some retraining in pediatric care.

I went to this Urgent care today to receive a Covid test due to the fact I had contact with someone who tested positive, I have been here for almost 3 hours just to receive my results which I was told it would take like 20 mins for results. I asked if results could be emailed but was told they are unable to do that & I would have to wait for results. I checked in at 9:19 it is now 11:52 as I am writing this. I felt really uncomfortable in the waiting room due to other patients coming in with flu like symptoms and no one was getting called back meanwhile everyone is in the waiting room coughing and spreading germs. Something really needs to change here or just shut the place down because the wait time is ridiculous especially if you're coming in for the most simplest thing.

Front desk and security were very rude. Front desk was talking to me from 20 ft away in the waiting room. Very impersonal. Visit took forever. Never coming back.

Urgent care is not “urgent” when you wait 5+ hours to see a doctor who spends one minute with you and then you wait another hour for the nurse to give you the prescription
