Absolutely terrible customer service. They say it’s under new ownership. Welp it doesn’t seem like it. Same nasty attitudes with snarky responses. I won’t be back until they learn how to talk to people.

10-11-2023 Bushel behind the counter did not want to toast the bread separate, then when I said I wanted the meat heated he started to talk under his breath to me. After I paid I asked for a tray to eat there and he just walked away. After I sat down he waved a basket at me. Food was okay

So I order sandwiches for me and my coworker and almost everything is wrong, the didn’t put my sauce on it forgot my extra cheese and didn’t freaking toast it, but the mf can put on fairy wings and look extra as heck but can’t get my food right this was my food for work and now I gotta work till 10 tonight without food it’s soggy. It’s freaking subway not a fashion show. I don’t even leave reviews but this rubbed me the wrong way.

Whatever you do, don't go to this location. The customer service was terrible, I wasn't even acknowledged for a few minutes when I walked in, and no other customer was in the building. The overall cleanliness of the restaurant was zero, the condiment bottles were filthy, and it looks like nothing had been wiped down in weeks. They also don't accept coupons and the price of their sandwiches is outrageous. I paid over $14 for a basic BLT.

Came in at 6:30. Store was open but the person working didn’t want to come out the back room and service his customers. No service so I left. If you don’t want to work you should not be here.

The young lady who took our order, I believe her name is Zayanie, ( My apologies, because I most likely got her name wrong) was very polite and professional. Customer service at its best… we had a big order and she handled it well.
