Very nasty attitude the young lady act very races and the managers too order the Italian beef combination. Ask for my meal to be for here. She slammed my bag of food on the counter. I asked her what was her problem. I asked for the manager for her name to report her she would not give it to me, she left my sandwich out of the bag once I did sit down I noticed I did not have my other meal at this point. I did not want the food anymore. Ask for my money back very nasty attitude.

the worst portillo's I have ever been to in my life, the service was terrible from the cashier to the person delivering the orders, the cook seemed more eager to go to sleep than to make the food, it took them 20 minutes to give us the food alone for two people, plus the burger meat was

Stopped here late night and the staff was so accommodating. Didn’t catch his name, but my guy who was standing out in the cold at 11:00pm treated me with the utmost care. Jen who ran my food was incredibly hospitable and thoughtful! . Thank you for being so professional at the end of the night.
