I went Saturday evening to pick up my drinks. They were hot and ready. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The store was clean and open. I ordered on the app. It wasn't too busy. Easy pick up. Well versed on the menu. Great service.Parking: Limited parking on side of store.

I waited to give this review. Three strikes and you're out. Very condescending at the register. And the last straw was the Honey Citrus Mint teas that were made with all water and no lemonade at all. I live around the corner and I'll go to the Oak Park location before I patronize this one again.
This is the best Starbucks around us. The people who work there are very nice and greet customers by name, if they know you. My items are always done nicely. The team is always busy, working hard. All Starbucks seem to be very busy, and it is the nature of the game these days. One must have patience. I've always been treated well and I find the crew that works there delightful. Not an easy job, but they do it and have to deal with customers who are usually in a rush. My hat's off to them.

Slooooowwwwww... Do not go here unless you want to waste at least 45 minutes. No kidding. First drink only took 25 minutes. The second --a drip coffee--took another 20.

every time I order via Uber eats my drink is barely mixed. I pay $7-$9 for a drink and I would like it if I came prepared how it is supposed to be. when I order for pick up my drinks are always delicious. the last 3 orders I have had to mix my own drink. if that's what I wanted I would make it myself.
