For the past 10 pick ups, everytime I order,for my kids mostly, I request my wings extra crispy, I give up !they have been soggy,with rubbery skin.never crispy, much less extra crispy.at 60 dollars each time.they are not worth it. I live 3 blocks away,so they never sit at the counter for more than a minute,time to find another wing place

They took a long time and when my order came out, although I was the only person waiting, the lady did not address me, rather she only mentioned my name in a whisper and with the music I could not hear it, she turned her back on me and I stood in front of the counter To ask if it was mine, the young woman just took the package and threw it on the counter. Bad service last night from a lady, no thanks, no good service.

So we order for the store , wings it my first time even ordering from here never been to a wing Stop , AND WOULD NEVER EVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE , WE ORDER ON THEIR APP, IT SAID IT WAS DELIVERED BUT NEVER TO US , AFTER CALLING DOORDASH THEN WING STOP , DOOR DASH CANT REFUND MY ORDER , CALLED WINGSTOP AND EVEN THE MANAGER CANT OR WONT HELP MY ASSOCIATE FOR HER REFUND , WELL ANOTHER 15 MIN LATER WHILE CALLING THE BANK TO REVERSE CHARGES THE GENTLEMAN CAME WITH THE WINGS , HE SHOW US THE PHONE NUMBER HE WAS TRAYING TO CALL AND IT WAS A 228 AREA CODE NOT 708 AND THE WRONG OTHER DIGETS , I DO NOT RECOMENDED THIS PLACE SPECIALLY ODERING ON THEIR APP , THEY DINT KNOW TO WHAT COMPANY THEY GAVE THE FOOD TO , SO THEY CAN DELIVERED. Very disappointed at the place. I ordered out and had my nephew who accompanied me last night who is autistic and I kid you not he was being made fun of by the staff including the manager with the brown ponytail and fake lashes. They were all hiding in the kitchen laughing then peeking over looking at him and continued to laugh in the kitchen. All I know is one of them wad named Christine with the strong masculine jawline because they told her she should date him and she said ewww no. It's very unfortunate that places like this don't hire mature humans and instead hire immature ignorant individuals like these people. I will never return back and I hope this makes it to corporate.
