I'm not one to put out a bad review but don't go here. Especially for delivery. You will be missing items. This is the second time I was missing something from them. I have only ordered from them twice, so thats enough for me. After I placed the odrer, I called them and the lady was nice said she would make sure it was all there. It wasn't. Called back Tabia answered and she said she was for sure she put it all there. I took a video when we got it from our driver to when we opened the bags and you could see it's was not there. She didn't want to hear it, determined she put all of the items there, so I told her I could send the video, which I can still do, at the end I just wanted the refund because the customer service isn't there. Just rude. Escalated to a place it didn't need to go. Also, my phone records phone calls. If corporate wants it I can send it all. I listened back to it before posting this and I was nice at first until she was rude. Never again will I go back there.Edit: called corporate and they are giving me the refund. For my cust service rep Matt he was very kind! 10/10 for him

Every time I order from here 90% of the time I'm always missing an item or something was prepared wrong (I have an allergy to stuff so it is important it is prepared correctly) and I usually don't find out till it gets home.The food prep stations need to be tidied up a bit better too. For example my quesadilla should not have lettuce in.All in all the staff is nice, and I still enjoy the food and prices can't be beat, but the organization of the food needs to be a little better.

I go here a lot after work and usually get food with my partner. It is purely out of location and time because 9/10 times they forget an item we order and we are usually the only car there. It gets annoying to check every time because it is late but you have to because they will give you nacho cheese without putting the chips in, or forget a drink, or forgetting a taco with the meal, at this point I'm convinced the seal is on the back so you can't check to see what food they didn't give you.

The best taco bell in Lake County has never messed up my order . They make the best food because it's always fresh . For a great price and they always got the best slushy . Sorry I like my food hot not cold and they beating the rest the competition .

This Taco Bell is probably the best! They are always fast, and consistent. The food is always made as it should be and doesnt take forever. They are efficient!We never dine in so I didnt do an atmosphere rating but the drive thru is always spot on!
Great food. Great customer service. The tortilla soup is amazing.

Ordered 2 beefy burritos and 2 volcano burritos and a fruit punch last night, got back home, realized I was never handed my drink, and 4/4 of the burritos were beefy burritos. If I wanted 4 beefy burritos I would have ordered them.

Asked for my reciept and never got it so I can't even confirm my purchases. They forget my tacos that went with our meals. I'm glad I can give away my money like that. Almost as bad as McDonald's is with forgetting
