Had a bit of trouble hearing the staff at times, but otherwise pleasant experience. The place is clean. Bathrooms are a bit wet, but still clean.Wheelchair accessibility: Parking sport available as well as the whole establishment being accessible on the ground floor.

Their regular wings are good. Boneless are a bit small, but not bad. Service on a crowded night was pretty good, and you can see PPV sporting events for free. Clean inside and nice environment.Vegetarian options: They have vegetarian options. Vegetables(potatoes included) and salads.
I don't go that often but I used to enjoy Bdubs. Not anymore. I would try to go anywhere else other than this place. And I don't mean just this location. Went to the one in New Lenox a couple of months ago. Sat there for 30 minutes... ZERO SERVICE. Even after we asked who our server was. Went to the one in Frankfort last week and I ordered brisket tacos. Sounded delicious. Who the hell knows... there was sooooo much BBQ sauce I couldn't taste anything else. It was oozing out everywhere and running down my hand. And apparently they couldn't be bothered to warm up the meat. There was zero warmth to them. I'm done with this restaurant chain.

One of the nicer locations I've been to. The server was polite and fast. The food came out quickly. The drinks were delicious. I definitely will be back to that location.

Great service, and food, but the restaurant was completely empty, filthy, and besides for the cashier working there were no other employees in sight. It was close to closing but I had been working in the restaurant field for over 25 years and an hour before closing a restaurant, it should be absolutely spotless if the server's want to go home

Very good food. But only one server for the whole restaurant. Very understaffed. The ONE server was very kind. But took forever to get our food and to be able to order.
I only ate there because my grandson who is 10 wanted to go there. We ordered 15 wings apiece, needed napkins the waiter wouldn't let us finish our food before bringing the check we was still eating so I told him to come back, he came right back before we could even finish enjoying our meal. That was awful service my goodness!!

BDubs! Really good Wings! Lots of different barbecue flavors to choose from. We had the Sweet boneless barbecue. The Waitress was awesome and all different sports games on lots of television sets. Very pleased with this particular Buffalo WWs. Try this one out and see for Yourself.

Darren, the Manager here was so kind and after having a terrible experience trying to order wings for the first time at another neighbor restaurant, he made me forget all about it. I never mentioned this to him, but he was pleasant and provided wonderful customer service, which you don’t see a lot of these days in the service industry. Thank you for being a nice person and treating me like I mattered. You need another promotion, staff like you are hard to find. Trust me I know, I own a Dental Practice.

Arrived with a party of 22. We were seated and asked for separate checks upfront since we are a large group. Food came out cold. We get our food and 2 of our members leave early with their separate checks. When the rest of the group is ready to leave they claim the checks can only be split 3 ways. It took them AN HOUR to finally separate our checks. We had to go to by the fountain drinks and pay with the manager. From beginning to end this took 3.5 hours. ‼️Do not recommend coming to this location as a group‼️ We went to a different BWW in the past with the same amount of people and they had no problem getting us our checks in a timely manner.
