I ordered a hot coffee and they did not add enough cream so I went back to get some more cream and open my coffee to see a bug in my coffee and my friend ordered a white powdered donut that was rock hard and I went to take it back to get a different one and the manager gave me a snobby attitude saying how that’s how it’s supposed to be and told the worker to just give me another donut and walked away.

While at the store I overheard a manager, Sunny, being really rude to one of his employees. I was already considering not supporting the establishment because of that and then this happened… found something in my drink :X.
This is a consistent DD, providing really happy and helpful service! What a difference from Los Angeles DD. Always happy to visit this location when in town!

Bought 2 hot chocolates today cost $9.19 - should be $7.11 - They charged an extra $1.00 per drink for "Cold Foam" not sure what that is? I asked the guy he mumbled some non english crap, then shut the window. Train these people in manners and customer service.If you want a tip earn it!

The early morning workers are the best. I’m not usually a Dunkin person but the people at this dunkin In the morning are so friendly and nice they make my start to my day so much better. I will definitely be getting Dunkin more often in the mornings at this location. The guy taking drive thru orders and the lady at the window both need raises, they made my Monday morning so much better
