We threw my mother-in-law's milestone birthday at Francesca's Fortunato this past weekend. Everything was perfect! My husband and I were extremely pleased with the ambience, wonderful service and delicious food. I wish I could recall our server's name but she was great (her first name started with an 'M'). We had a party of 30 people that included young children and adults. We highly recommend Francesca's Fortunato to anyone. And I am picky! FWIW we also ordered beautiful flowers from a Moment in Time right nearby and they were beautiful.

Beautiful restaurant but horrible service. Went there for our friends 34th wedding anniversary and we waited 30 before our waitress arrived to our table. We had to flag her down every time we needed anything. We honestly felt we weren’t welcome. Will never go there again

We hosted a private party at Francesca's Fortunato for a family member's milestone birthday, and I cannot say enough about how great we were treated. Michael Wrobel, the events manager for the Francesca's restaurants, worked closely with us over the last several months, making sure every detail was addressed, and assisting us with a venue change a few weeks prior to the event. Our event was held in the Ovest room, which was perfect for our party of 30, and though advertised as "semi-private," was separated nicely from the main dining room. Our service was friendly, prompt, and attentive, and the food was excellent across the board. We could not have been happier with how everything turned out and I recommend this restaurant for anyone looking to host a private event.

my family and I have been coming here for years, and I'm happy to say we have NEVER been disappointed! the servers are amazing, and very attentive, especially Brandi, who was extremely kind and personable. the bussers are amazing, bread and parmesan is on the table within seconds and they never fail to fill up your water before you even think you need it filled, lol. the food is off the charts, and the menu is changed frequently so you never get sick of anything - there's always new things to try!

This establishment is not what it used to be. From start to finish I, along with the members of my party (seven in all) were extremely dissatisfied. We had reservations at 3:45, and due to poor service, we did not put in our entrée order until 4:45, and we did not leave until 6:00. While it may sound appealing to sit at a restaurant for a couple of hours, we did not enjoy the experience and couldn't wait to leave. We have been loyal customers to Francesca's in multiple locations for years, so I know the type of service and food they're capable of. To list a few of our issues, we ordered five salads and only four were delivered, had to ask multiple times for bread, our food was lukewarm, and my children's ice cream came to our table melted. What was to be a celebratory meal after my children's communion turned into an irritating experience. We rarely saw our server to ask about these issues and had to reach out to other employees to help us. When we did see the server, there was not an apology for the wait, but we were instead met with a comment of "I've been working all day". I'm not expecting perfection--I realize there's a shortage of people working and service may be slow--but this was too much and took away from the enjoyment of the meal. It's too bad that this once wonderful restaurant that we have relied on for years is not what it used to be. I would not recommend this location (Francesca's Fortunato, Frankfort).

Food was amazing and Brandy was a great server, but it was very loud from all the tables talking and the music was really loud (pop music). The temperature was incredibly hot and we were packed on top of one another. Easy things to fix to make it a 5 star because the food and service were great.

Very poor experience for Sunday lunch. We reserved an outdoor table, were told that our table was occupied and no outdoor availability. Didn't see a waitress for a long time. Once she got our order she didn't come back. We had to flag her down multiple times to get bread basket for the table, and asked multiple times. I ended asking the hostess about the bread after 30 min of sitting without any food. It arrived well past the appetizers, after we asked for it again. Food took a long time which is usually ok but we were out with young kids, and it makes it hard for them when they're hungry. Usually it's fine since they can snack on bread.
First timers! Very wonderful lunch, came after church and got Amber as my server, never have I ever wanted to come back for seconds more than this! Amber was an excellent server, very knowledgeable on menu, made great recommendations, if you decide to dine in and Amber is working, I would suggest sitting in her section. Can’t wait to come here again, definitely will become regulars if the service provided is consistent.Dietary restrictions: I am gluten free, and Amber made excellent recommendation that were gluten friendly.
