Said it would 10 minutes before they could take my order, after 10 minutes I decided it was enough and tried to leave. Because of the way the drive thru is structured I was essentially stuck because they had cars waiting on their orders. Tried to call the store multiple times to hopefully have the cars park up front or move because I wanted to leave. Wouldn't answer their phones. Kept me trapped for a total of 30minutes. I get being understaffed but if there's an issue where you can't take order close your drive thru and put a sign so people don't wait or get trapped in your drive thru. Definitely not coming back and I used to love their food, oh well.

Camille was extremely rude and impersonal due to the fact that we came in at 10pm. Yes a WHOLE HOUR before close. She then proceeded to ring our order up and overcharged us. Then, Sean, her manager, was flustered and rude as well. To make a long story short, do not advertise that you’re open till 11pm if your workers will have an attitude after 10pm.

The only thing I liked was my pink lemonade and I didn't have much because of all the ice in the cup. I had a bacon double steak burger with fries. They were both so salty I couldn't finish them. Don't think I'll be going back.
I have coming here since they first opened and the food has always been amazing. Their staffs attitude and overall quality of service has been on a rapid decline since the past year. I don’t appreciate getting an attitude 90% of the time when I go through the drive through and after tonight I am done and will be taking my business elsewhere. It’s unacceptable the way the cashier acts and I don’t need the attitude. They great food but everything else….

Burgers were a tad greasy. The service was a little slow, but the employees were very busy. I loved the shoestring fries (haven't had them since Steak and Shake), and the custard was actually better than Culver's.We will come again to try other items on their menu.

Pulled up and asked for a minute to look at the menu, asked 5x if anyone was still there and eventually had to back up and re enter the lane for them to respond. Red flag #1, but the worker was polite enough. Got in line and sat there from 1:10-1:30 waiting for food. When I finally got to the window I asked the cashier if my food order was ready and inquired why there was such a long wait. No apology and he said “I have no idea, some orders were mixed up or something.” Ok, strange. I paid and grabbed my food. I knew immediately that my food order was sitting on the counter the whole 20 min bc the fries were cold and the burger lukewarm. I was disgusted eating this burger- it was so charred and crispy it felt like I was biting into chicharrones, not beef. There was a glob of mustard and not much else discernible in contributing to the flavor of the burger. We have waited longer than usual in the drive thru in the past but never this long. This was the last strike, I’ll go to Culver’s next time. Very disappointing

I pulled up to the drive-thru...ordered onion rings instead of fries with my meal...an up charge... BUT was extremely disappointed to have received maybe 3 or 4 onion rings. I came very hungry and afterwards was still hungry. It's a shame in today's society what you receive doesn't come close to the amount you pay.
Great hot meal. Highly recommend.
