When you order there all the time for delivery and get a very friendly person every time ! Then call and get a new employee who obviously doesn't know what they are doing and hates their job! Please stop ruining it for the other dedicated members! So disappointing!!!!

Previous review was about the online ordering. This time it's food quality. Order the Club Lulu and Jalapeño Ranch Wrap. Had the wrap same day. It had plenty of chicken. Pretty tasty. And is a tad spicy for those that don't eat a lot of hot spicy things. Had the Club Lulu the next day Very disappointed with the amount of meat. It only had what seemed like 1 slice of Turkey on each half of the sandwich that had been folded over to fit on the bread. I felt like like was eating a bread sandwich with mayo lettuce tomato and a strip of bacon. The competition of sun shops put more meat on their subs and you don't have to pay extra for it. Very disappointed with this sandwich.

Amazing crew! Very friendly and welcoming, it was a snow storm and they were packed with orders but were still able to make my sandwich’s (I ordered 10 for work) within a timely matter and not a single mistake was made on any of the sandwich. Mira and Henry did an amazing job and deserve praise for the passion and dedication they showed while so busy with orders

would give zero stars if could because i would appreciate if the driver did not try to call me a liar when i saw him grab the food he said he delivered to my house off my neighbors porch. Called the store the manager did not even care and when i asked for a refund he said "i mean it is only across the street" so what I do not want food that was put on someone else's porch and then driven around for 10 more minutes because your driver wanted to say i put the wrong address down. I think i know where i live but thank you. Never coming back to this jimmy johns again.

I go there every other week buy 2 or 3 sandwiches today I got a#9 and #5 for my wife she only eats half , today she said not very good 5 minutes ago I took a bite of the other half and threw it out and spit out the bite I took all oil soaked no flavor , my #9 was fine her #5 sucked !!!,I won't be back

Ordered online, arrived at the restaurant to pick up the order. Being notified the order was canceled without reason.Too bad that we like JJ’s sandwiches but we will try to avoid this JJ.

Ordered a giant beach club for delivery. Took over an hour and 25 mins and still wasn't delivered, so called to cancel order. So much for freaky fast delivery.
