I'd give zero stars if I could, I have ordered from here previously with no issues; however, today was a complete different experience.Ordered online and the order went through and accepted my payment and withdrew the money from my bank account.Well when I went to go pick up my food, the place wasn't even open! To give some insight, today is a weekday and put my order in to pick up at11:45am and waited around until 12:15pm. Knocked on the front and back door no answer, called the business directly - surprise, no answer.What a crooked business, took my money and not even open to provide the food. I had called their head office which I was on hold for over 1/2 an hour to get a refund which won't even show up for 3-5 business days.Do yourself a favor and don't order in advance from this place, they clearly don't know how to run a business.

If I could give 0 starts I would. Do not expect your order to be correct, or have all items wanted. This is the 3rd time my order has been completely wrong. (Thought no way they could mess up again; guess I'm the fool) Ordered 2 custom stuffed pizzas, one with just pepperoni, and the other with onions, jalapeños, and pepperoni. I received 2 plain cheese pizzas, and they forgot my 2 liter. Don't waste your money here, go to Pizza Hut, papa John's, or any other pizza place.

2nd time trying to get a pizza from here even with the first time being overcooked. This time food was not the issue it was the staff (specifically the manay.) Hours says they open at 10:30 AM. I tried to put order in on at 12:30 and would not go thru. Was close by so I stopped at the store at 12:35 am, closed no one there. Went back to the store at 1 pm, two people in the store no one working. I simply asked if they were open now to which the manager would not say a simple yes or no but only wanted to say "How can I help you?" I had to explain that I was trying to place an app order so I can use a code. Manager gave a smart response and walked away with an attitude. I won't be back and hope this franchise restaffs or closes.

Placed an order on line at 7:15 p.m. on 9-28-23. Estimated time the order was to be ready was between 7:36 -7:41 p.m. My order wasn't completed until after 8:00 p.m. due to them making one of the pizzas incorrectly. I watched & listened to the Manager look at the regular crust cheese pizza that they made (was supposed to be thin crust) said "this was supposed to be thin crust" & ask "who made this?" to which none of the employees would fess up to making it. She took the pizza and put it on the top warming shelf. Meanwhile I'm waiting for another thin crust pizza to be made while my 3 other items were ready sitting on the bottom warming shelf (they had been there for 15+ minutes already) I watch other customers come in, order & purchase pizzas to be made, and receive them to go on their way before 5-10 minutes before they finished making my thin crust pizza. I asked to speak to the Manager. She didn't see any problem with the pizza being made incorrectly and me having to wait 15+ minutes for it. She also lied to my face when I told her I saw & heard what she said about the pizza being wrong; she told me "that pizza was for another order" BOLD FACE LIE! Standing there for over a half hour watching & listening to the employees, customers, & how things were handed out was like a slap in the face. I could see that trying to talk to the Manager & have her comprehend the problem was useless so finally said "F*** It!" and left before I did something that she would not have liked & never would forget! Also, the deep dish supreme pizza wasn't at all crispy/crunchy after sitting for a half hour and the stuffed pretzel crust pepperoni pizza was made with regular pizza crust not pretzel crust. Shame on you Little Cesars of Frankfort, IL I will be writing to Little Cesars 2211 Woodward Ave. Detroit, MI 48201 with photos and proof to back up my statements. This store needs to have someone from Corporate come & re-train the staff AND tell them how they should handle customer dissatisfaction.
